More choice in dining area downstairs. Top floor area was very nice but could not dine without booking for evening dinner which was a drawback.

The amenities left a little to be desired. Going to different floors for water and ice weren’t the best. That being said, it’s a very decent value option to stay in town, it was quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back!

For what you pay, the property is great. However, rooms are small and ours was right next to the elevator and we could hear the conversation in the room next door.

This is the first hotel that I’ve seen that doesn’t have a small refrigerator and the beds are smaller than the average, also the hotel doesn’t have parking lot. They just gave us 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 body wash in a room for 4 people

The staff was excellent, especially the front desk clerk, Kelly. The hotel is in a great location, and has a fantastic view if you get a lake view room.

Great location. Cool interior lobby. Excellent rooftop bar. Rooms are fine…. Just old, and very small dated bathroom.

The Lincoln hotel was nice, close to lots of attractions. However, I wish there room with two beds were queen beds, and not doubles.

The hotel staff was very attentive and kind. The room was clean, quiet & had a view of the Lincoln Park neighborhood & surrounding area. The rooftop staff was great! Had such a good time having dinner & the Lake Michigan views. Sandra S
