酒店處於市中心，交通方便，離湖邊很近，走路可以逛梅西等大購物廣場。還有芝加哥豆等千喜公園可以逛。

美國酒店都差不多，但我去的這段期間實在太貴，不知道為啥，衹好找了家相對性價比高的酒店，離公司近

The hotel was fine. It wasn't anything exceptional, but it served it's purpose. The room was spacious! Two beds and a comfortable couch (did not pull it out). There didn't seem to be bedding for the pull out couch (this is usually in the closet). The beds were some of the worst I've slept on in a hotel. Literally a mattress and a frame. The air in the room was so dry, it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It felt safe and secure though as the room key was needed to operate the elevator whether going up or down. $75 hold on the credit card for incidentals. Parked in the deck across the street and it was VERY secure.

continental breakfast was not very good....most of things not replenished and long lines were not moving fast. showed signs of a wide variety of choices to eat but most were empty and we got there to eat 1.5 hours after breakfast was served. very disapointing

The Hyatt was great! The staff was phenomenal, they all took great care to make our stay grand. Parking was simple with the garage across the street. And, the breakfast......best I've ever had (for a FREE hotel breakfast!).

This hotel was in a quiet area very conveniently placed by two parking garages and a metro line stop. It only about 3 blocks from the Willis Tower. Breakfast was really good, and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The beds an pillows were comfortable as well. I highy recommened this hotel for families as we were traveling with two of our kids.
