Only negative was parking on site was not available. Had to walk a few blocks to and from nearest parking garage.
Close to the united center. Room was perfect for our family of 5. Excellent breakfast, pool, and gym. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Overall was great, but our room was not very clean -our crawling baby found a pill on the floor (thankfully did not consume it). Bed sheets and comforter were weird - made a paper sound while being moved around - and overall uncomfortable.
And also, Id say, pool was over-loaded chemically.
However, rooms were nice and spacious, gym was nice and breakfast options were good.

Location is super convenient with restaurant row and all the shops in the west loop within 5 min walk. staff always friendly!

******* did me dirty and took my booking even though the hotel was full. If it weren’t for the incredible front desk worker, DJ, our NYE celebration would’ve ended there. DJ was a super star and helped us out. He was able to get a room for us even though there were twelve other guests ahead of me experiencing the same fate from *******. Huge thank you to DJ, the hotel was clean, great, and in an awesome area.

Pool wasn’t working for the majority of the trip. Restaurant was closed due to no chef and multiple delays with breakfast. Nice facility but requires better staffing

We were extremely disappointed, like many other customers, after spending 30 minutes in line for breakfast, only to receive just potatoes. There was no bread, eggs, waffles, limited cereal options, no plates, and bowls. The kitchen staff, including an unhappy lady, announced that they were done bringing additional food. When we approached the front desk, they assured us more food was coming, contradicting what the kitchen staff had informed us. We were asked for our phone number, promising the kitchen manager would call us, though it remained unclear how that would resolve the issue. We booked a room with breakfast included, leaving us with no alternative for food. If this reflects your standard service, please inform customers that breakfast at this hotel is inconsistent and consider offering a paid breakfast option. This experience was misleading, and while we don't have photos, there was a lady taking pictures of the subpar "breakfast" – hopefully, she'll share them for everyone to see.
This is a shame as the hotel appears to be very clean and modern.

Great location for our Christmas visit with kids who live in neighborhood. Room was very nice- great bed and pillows.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
