Beautiful luxury apartment with modern amenities, very clean and spacious. We would definitely return. Private parking space was also very convenient.

Spacious rooms in a beautiful boutique building. Parking behind building in individual garages with own garage openers. Very accommodating front desk.

The hotel was perfect for our weekend stay with friends. Clean, friendly, great location within walking distance of our destinations and the El stop! And in a neighborhood that felt safe. Would 100% stay there again.

Beautiful property and the staff were wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was the view of the cemetery when I woke up.

They upgraded my room to a 2 bed 2 bath and it was lovely. Room was clean and quiet. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, which I appreciated. Walking distance to Aragon Ballroom and several bars. Staff was friendly and helpful. I actually never saw another hotel guest during my stay.

This property is perfect for families that want the convenience of a hotel and the convenience of a home. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and had access to everything we needed at the property. Everything was clean. The instructions provided to access parking and any specific needs was easy to follow and perfect! Looking forward to staying there again next time we visit Chicago!!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Guest House. I will be staying again the next time I am in Chicago. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean housing. We could not ask for more!!!

Accommodations and room were excellent. Some hiccups with checking in, since the room I had reserved was not available, but was upgraded free. Room I was assigned unfortunately close to the stairwell, so during the nights I stayed my sleep was interrupted by the sound of people taking the stairs.
