Staffs were so rude. We already made advance payment through *********** but staff insist to pay at the time of check in. We have to get information for “onsen” and beverage from other guests of hotel. There is not even a single pouch of coffee and a bottle of water in the room. The carpet of room and bathroom was so dirty. No availability of food and beverage. Really terrible, can’t express the experience in words. Worst experience I ever had.

ゴルフ場に併設されてるホテルです。 ゴルフの前泊や秩父観光にも使えるホテルです。 プレミアダブルの部屋で80平米以上でゆったりした客室、温泉ではないが大浴場も有ります。 雄大な秩父の山々や綺麗なゴルフコースの景色を眺められます。 特に早朝には雲海が見られました。 一般的な内容でしたが、朝食バイキングを美味しく頂きました。 全体的に老朽化はしておりますが、清掃や修繕をこまめにしてる感じなので不快では有りませんでした。 街から離れている丘陵地に有る為、車でないと利用は厳しいと思います。

今回はホテルのみを利用しました。 朝起きると目の前に美しいゴルフ場の景色が広がっていました。 この地方に、車で訪問された方は、ビジネスでも観光でも、ぜひ！ おすすめです。
