Good location cottage type rooms with good view. Property is having good British architecture.Food was good staff were very polite and helpful

Staff is courteous and services were great. Awesome cottages layout with great lave view from balconies. Bathrooms were fully equipped with 24/7 running hot water. Really enjoyed infinity pool during our stay. Buffets items were delicious with wide selection of dishes.

Food not good. They take a lot of time to refill. Went as a group. They opened only 2 counters leading to long queues. Delay in refilling added to the woes. Rooms had tv without TV remote. Despite requesting didn't get one Found one in the room it had the batteries stuck with masking tape as the cover was missing. But could not switch on the TV. 3rd time going they have not improved. Would never recommend the place

Happy with the customer handling and check-in/Checkout procedures. The cleanliness and hygiene is remarkable. Well maintained resort. Also it has a great restaurant with good quality of food. 100 % kid friendly atmosphere. full satisfaction guaranteed. ambience 5/5. Location 4/5. Customer satisfaction 5/5. cleanliness and Hygiene 5/5. Staff Attitude 5/5. Food quality 5/5. I would prefer we should visit there. I will go with my friends next time for sure.

We had a great stay at the mountain club resort! The staf was very friendly and helpful 😊 beautiful place and good, freshly made food ! As europeans it was great to have the posibility to eat a super freshly made pasta 🍝 but also indian food was great. Tea time with snack at 5 at the swimming pool was very enjoyable!

Very beautiful hotel and property! Everyone was very nice and we could stay longer in the hotel to sunbath at the pool on our departure day. The food is also very good with lots of different choices! The whether was also good we had sunshine which made the experience even better!

"Our stay at Mountain club resort was mind blowing. The service provided by the staffs as well as the food was extremely good. The one special thing that we enjoyed the most was the candle light dinner. We definitely recommend this resort to all of our friends .

we were so warmly welcomed by Lalu and his team We were quickly shown to our rooms which were so beautiful, spacious and clean. In all the 3 nights that we spent there, every single staff worked tirelessly to ensure that we felt at home. Food was marvellous at every meal -We got to meet the very talented Chef who was all smiles always; we were also so privileged to watch him demo some speciality dishes which we had as our dinner. We have never tasted such great breakfast every morning . The entire experience was unforgettable. Just as we were having so much fun, it was time to leave. We were reminded to ensure that we did not leave anything behind. , we have left our hearts behind and cannot wait to return to this lovely place in the very near future.
