Sometimes you find the perfect place and this is one of them. Very quiet, clean and stylish. Good bed. Welcome kit with drinks and chocolate was excellent and location as well. Parking and breakfast nice few minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff! We didn’t need the outdoor space this time. Chipiona is really cosy beach town ☀️

They carelessly damaged and stained an important, expensive wedding dress literally the day before the event and later dishonestly denied it all. We were very accommodating and only asked for the cost of the dress to be cleaned/repaired, ignoring the fact they tore the veil which consequently couldn’t be worn. The owner was unapologetic, callous and expressed no empathy towards the situation. He made no effort to make things right, refusing responsibility for what happened. The room itself was fine, although was noisy at night, early morning when receptionists arrive and has a lot of light bleeding into the room. Internet isn’t great for video calls and would frequently disconnect.

I cannot describe the shock, pain and frustration this hotel has inflicted on me. I had meticulously planned every detail of my wedding, carefully handling the dress with white gloves, only for the owner and cleaner to carelessly move the dress and store it in the garage! It was dirtied and damaged ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. To make matters worse, the female owner was upset and pleading to make things better, only for her husband to deny anything ever happened and she then proceeded to lie and pretend nothing happened. Despite evidence (see photos) they showed no compassion, care or accountability for what they did, which I find disgusting and shocking. I will forever remember and never forgive the hotel owners for what they did, the dishonesty they expressed and the lies they continue to stand by. I look forward to justice being served.

El apartamento está céntrico y es precioso. Todo muy nuevo y moderno. El servio inmejorable. Las chicas que nos atendieron súper atentas, sobre todo Eva fue encantadora tanto en la reserva que la hicimos por teléfono como en el check in. Incluso nos llamó a un taxi porque nos íbamos a desplazar. Tuvieron muchos detalles a lo largo de la estancia. El desayuno está incluido en la reserva en un bar situado en la misma calle y he de decir que fue estupendo, nos pusieron café, tostadas, zumo, churros y chocolate. Tenían incluso pan sin gluten, leche de soja… para personas con intolerancias.

Maravillosa estancia en éstos apartamentos, todo limpio, menaje excelente, kit de bienvenida, cama súper cómoda, productos de higiene, ubicación estupenda y las chicas de recepción son encantadoras. Nos facilitaron parking cercano, el desayuno muy bueno y tiene una terraza muy agradable para las noches Volveremos.

Unos apartamentos nuevos. Con muchos detalles tanto en la cocina como en el cuarto de baño. Se encuentra en el centro del pueblo y a pocos metros de la playa tanto de la de Regla como la Cruz del mar. Un apartamento muy acogedor y cómodo. Las recepcionistas muy amables. Y para mí la cama súper cómoda y sobretodo las almohadas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.

El apartamento todo nuevo no le falta detalle, hasta toallas para la playa, buen aire acondicionado e insonorizado. El desayuno espectacular en una chocolatería muy cercana, de todo y para repetir. Muy bien situado.

Fuimos un fin de semana en el que celebrábamos nuestra boda. Fueron encantadores, super atentos. Siempre deseando ayudarte y que estuvieras agusto. Tuvieron el detallazo de adornar todas las zonas comunes del edificio con flores para el momento de la salida a la ceremonia. Por otro lado, las habitaciones comodísimas, muy confortables, muy limpias, luminosas y llenas de detalles. El desayuno espectacular, en la cafetería "El cartujano". Una experiencia increíble y maravillosa. Sin duda repetiremos.

Nos ha gustado mucho. Hemos estado muy agusto. Destacar la limpieza, decoración y detalles del apartamento. Todo muy nuevo e impecable. Las personas de recepción muy amables. Sin duda haremos otra escapada.
