Superb..but food quality specialy dinner chicken should be improved. The fish curry, rice quality should be improved. Everthing is superb my favourite hotel i m frm Guwahati Assam.....Satyajit is the best person who guide us in many aspects. Preeti Brahma is a fantastic lady, with sch warm gesture and welcome drinks made us feel comfortable.

Had a good stay here and the hotel is primarily a business hotel. The rooms are adequately sized and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good spread of option covering South Indian, North Indian and Western dishes. The service by the staff was good. The key positive of this hotel is the location. It's on the NH which makes it an ideally pitstop if you are traveling around. Currently there is flyover construction being carried out on the NH which make the area around the hotel a bit dusty. There is a mall at walkable distance which you can explore.

Best service by Mr Tapash. He is so friendly and well behaved....... Thank you wishing for better future. staffs are good and also they service so good... The food is really amazing and flavourful..... I always prefer to stay here 😊..keep it up..

By every confession I want to describe you that yours one of the staff  from housekeeping mr.Tapash Baruah has really awesome in work and I faithfully respect his hordwork that he is performing in every moment in his profession, so my feedback is that he is excellent 👍 in his work..

I have stayed in Cygnett Bongaigaon for work for several days this month. Mr. Bishnu Karmakar from the housekeeping department took very good care of me and attended to me at all times. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be back.
