I wasn't orignally planning to stay in Chiusa, but it was certainly a welcome accident. The staff was very kind, and the restaurant was super convenient after a few hours on the road and checking in. The breakfast bar was extensive and the late night bar/wine offerings were also superb!

The property is tucked away in a nice little town 20 minutes from the mountain. The hotel, staff, food and accommodations were excellent. I’d definitely return here.

The room was comfortable with a large bathroom. It might be noisy in summer as it is on the main street but I was not at all bothered. Good value for money. Friendly staff. It has the added advantage of excellent food, including pizza with a covered outdoor terrace looking over the river. You can ask for a garage, which is conveniently close

Took a chance a booked a room for 5 nights rather than splitting the stay between Ortsie and Santa Magdalena. Very happy with our stay. This is a very nice, modern hotel housed in a beautiful old ( 1400s) inn. The hotel is very well run. Everything worked well and went smoothly. Rooms are huge and very clean. Town is very quiet at night, but very beautiful and interesting in the day. Rooms are very quiet. Easy garaged parking and the key sights are an easy drive. The morning breakfast buffet was very special. Huge variety with daily changes, great fruit and eggs, and delicious baked goods. Our day always started brightly with a big smile and kind greetings from Ali and the other workers.

I don't think that many Americans get to Chiusa, our Italian is not great and I know a little German, but we felt a little uncomfortable at times, mainly during dinner, otherwise, the place is amazing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever seen.

Wonderful breakfast. Great staff. Creative and unique rooms with excellent bathrooms. A little nosy at times if you choice to stay on hotel that is away from the street side.

Perfection!! I came to explore the Christmas markets of Munich, Innsbruck and South Tirol. Because of Covid closures, I reworked my trip and added more time in south Tirol. Lucky for me as my two nights in Chiusa were perfection. I loved my single room!! It is clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. A great bed, a hot shower, gorgeous towels and bedding, a towel warmer… you name it!! The restaurant offers a fabulous breakfast (included with your stay). and dinner. I liked the fact the room has a window that opens (to a pedestrian lane) but unfortunately, people seem to smoke below and it come up into the room. My only complaint. I loved my stay and will jump at the chance to return again Most of the staff are not fluent in English but they make an effort to communicate.

Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir diesen Ort der Gastlichkeit aufgesucht und dort zwei Tage verbracht. Wir sind mitten im im Fest "Gassltörggelen" angekommen, was bedeutet die Koffer ein wenig zum Hotel zu tragen. Unser Auto konnte wir wie jedesmal in der Tiefgrage unterbringen. Das Zimmer , eine Symbiose aus altem Baustil und moderner Einrichtung war auch diese Mal wieder perfekt. Obwohl zur Gasse hinaus war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Der Zutritt erfolgt über eine Schlüsselkarte . Der absolute Knaller ist das umfangreiche Frühstücks-Buffet, welches absolut keine Wünsche offen läßt. Frisches Obst, Cerealien , frisches Brot, Brötchen, sonstige Schmankerl und Leckereien , sowie verschiedene Konfitüren, Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten runden ein perfektes Frühstück ab. man kann draußen und drinnen essen

Dieses Gasthaus besuchen wir mindestens zweimal im Jahr und sind immer wieder begeistert von den schönen, sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Besonders die im komplett renovierten und integriertem Nebengebäude. Das Frühstück findet in tollem Ambiente im EG oder Terasse statt und ist ein Traum. Der Service ist 1a!! Vielen Dank Gabi, Simon und dem ganzen Team! Bis bald!
