Chloraka Terrace Apartments

Cleanliness is not the strong point of this apar**ent. Unpleasant smell in the wardrobe. But overall it's a cheap and pleasant place for a few days on Cyprus in a peaceful neighbourhood with a nice view.

Lovely stay, apar**ents are quite basic in style and decor but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. No cleaners over our short stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. There are no towels in the room and the guy from reception charges 5 euro per large towel, he gives small hand towel for free. That was the only off putting thing. The apar**ents are in a quiet area and easy to get to. Sea isn’t too far away and if it states sea view then you’ll have it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, apar**ent had everything we needed and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

Rooms were very big but very dirty. Dead cockroaches everywhere in the hallways. The pool was in a terrible condition. The staff messed up the rooms and we walked from one building to another with our luggage and the kids with zero help from them! Not recommended!

We came to Cyprus for my neices wedding. Where do I start......we arrived late on 8th April 2023, so it was dark and could not really see anything. The property building looked okay! There was no one at reception, but we had a phone number to call. Mario (the manager) was very prompt, and very helpful. We were all very hungry so just put our luggage in the apar**ent and headed out for food. When we got back my husband and daughter went to look at the pool. Me and my son went in to the apar**ent. I had a look around downstairs. It looked very scruffy , the curtains look yellow as if people had been smoking in there for years. The large mirror was dirty too....the was only the start....I went upstairs to find that the mattress( which had no protector on it) was very old, with the springs poking out. There was dirty/dust down the sides of the bedside cabinets and behind the bed, the extractor fan in the ensure was full of dusts and cobwebs. The shower had seen better days old rusty and grubby. In the other bedroom the sheets were moldy. My daughter found a bug in her bed! There wasn't even any towel to shower either as you had to buy them at 4 €4 each. It was just terrible. We had to sleep there for the night....with the definite thought of leaving the next day...I can say I had 3 hours sleep in total. I emailed the property and spoke to a Marinea. She completely disregarded my whole email which went back and forth for sometime. Only worrying about ******* not paying the property yet! In which we booked months before I may add. Anyway to cut a long story short. We contacted ******* , they gave us a full refund. We know that the property was cheap, even so, it should be clean. I do not RECOMMEND!! My husband and daughter had told me in the morning that the pool had no water in it!!

Spacious apar**ent with all necessities, but run down a bit. Needs new clean couch and linens. Charging for towels in my view is ridiculous. Host is helpful and easy to deal with.

I liked the kitchen with washing machine, did not quit like just a 1 big blanket instead of duvet covers for 2 people. Internet service was unfortunately not working throughout the whole week. Terrace and the pool were really nice. The communication was not so well until a local guy gave us a phone number of the competent person (the one written on the check-in room did get through). Overall, if you want to spend most time exploring the country, not staying in the hotel, its a good place to stay (and quit cheap compered to others). There is no cleaning service and bathroom towels.

The apar**ent was exactly as advertised…I got what I paid for ,so I was very happy…..

But run down but excellent value for money. Reasonably close to the ocean.
