An excellent experience. Small but good room, large shower, quiet air conditioning, tea and coffee with kettle.decernt hairdryer ,
friendly staff,very clean, secure garage parking ( the entrance is not large) Highly recommended breakfast. All this for a reasonable price

We used this hotel as an overnight stop on our way back to the UK. The Hotel has garage parking for a fee. It is a 5 minute walk to the centre of town with shops, bars and restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Bar in hotel. Friendly staff.

Un Habitué des établissements Best western depuis de nombreuses années, et ayant séjourné quelques fois dans cet établissement, j’ai trouvé l’accueil sympa mais sans plus, aucun surclassement par rapport à mon fidélité donc Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre standard et très petite , ce que je n’ai jamais rencontré dans les autres établissements BestWestern Qui eux étaient plutôt sur une politique de fidélisation et d’attentions. Un petit déjeuner avec des viennoiseries avec un manque de cuisson. Bref, une expérience pas terrible que je ne renouvellerai pas.

Ottima colazione. Grande attenzione ecologica, noente sprechi ma menu abbondante e di qualità medio alta. Stanze pulite ma qualche difetto in igiene. Personale tutto al femminile estremamente gentile ed accogliente 24/24 h . Consigliato

En ce qui me concerne la directrice a été totalement ingrate, désagréable et indifférente à notre demande. Nous somme arrivé avec une réservation payée facture et prélèvement a l’appui. Mais on refuse de nous donner l’accès a la chambre car sois disant qu’il leurs faut une « garantie bancaire » ( ce qui est faux car c’était une pré autorisation, ce qui veux dire me débiter/bloquer le montant de la chambre. Et non une garantie bancaire, qui est juste prendre les numéros de cartes bancaires comme on nous avait assuré.) Car la carte fournie par la plateforme n’était pas passé, MAIS MOI ON M’AVAIT PRÉLEVÉE . Donc on nous a refusé l’accès a la chambre comme si nous étions des voleurs. On me demande ensuite pour pouvoir accéder a la chambre qu’il faut que je contacte moi-même la plate-forme, dans quel monde sommes nous ?? Je me demande, bref… Après 20 minutes d’appel avec la directrice qui ne faisait aucun effort au téléphone j’ai décidé de contacter Agoda. Heureusement que j’ai appeler ( pour elle ) sinon nous n’aurions jamais eu accès à nôtre chambre. PS : La plateforme Agoda nous a bien confirmé que c’était absolument déplacer et interdit de la part de la direction de renvoyer un client vers eux car c’est avec eux qu’ils travaillent et non avec nous, c’est ce que j’ai essayé de lui faire comprendre au téléphone mais elle ne voulait rien savoir. Elle a préférer profiter de son weekend je suppose…

L'Hôtel est sympa et le personnel accueillant . Le lit était un peu petit mais la chambre était très bien. La position géographique est top puisque que les resto principaux sont accessibles à pied en 3 mins
