Chongqing Art Yunshang Hotel (Jiefangbei Hongyadong Shop)

Fantastic, central location with Jiefangbei monument, shopping district, and Linjiangmen Metro Station right outside the building doorstep. Rooms are small even for single pax solo traveller, may want to consider booking the bigger options. Lift shared with many other hotels in the same building so it can take awhile to get to high floors.

We booked on trip.com a fashionable room (which really means a room with a small window) and paid a 30 yuan a night upgrade when we checked in for a room with large windows overlooking the river and city. So worth the upgrade! The lights at night and the sunset are just absolutely beautiful. The room itself is clean. The tv is a projector and you can connect your phone to sync up. We only got the sound to work but not the actual picture unfortunately :/ but wow the view is amazing. The hotel is right on the pedestrian street and is surrounded with shops and food places. Great location! Definitely worth a stay here. Only downside is that the elevators are so busy so sometimes it can be a wait. There’s a grocery store right across the pedestrian street where we bought cold noodles and snacks. It’s walking distance from that famous facade right on the river.

What you care the most is the location?! Then this one is the hotel for you… You care a lot about the facilities and that everything is new and extremely clean? Then this is not your hotel! I stayed 3 nights and I just needed a perfect location hotel because I wanted to discover everything while walking, I am happy with my choice but I was definitely impatient every time I had to wait the lift or change it because of problems with levels (some lift arrive at certain floor and other don’t). From the photos I immagine the room to be bigger and also a bit newer, the bathroom was not nice, the shower looked old and it was a bit creepy. BUT, AGAIN, this was a good choice for me because I needed the center and for the last minute booking I was okay with that.

The location is perfect.Right on the Times Square

The staff were nice, but the building isn’t good. The elevators take forever and are always full, we had to walk down multiple times and wait in the lobby to go up for 10+ minutes. The halls aren’t air conditioned either so it is a very hot wait. The room was good, a little dirty, but the TV and tub are great. We wouldn’t stay here again though simply because of the elevator waits.

Good location middle in the city and near to subway station. Convenient for shopping and eating. But missing a bit cleanliness and too long waiting for elevator

Khách sạn giá bình dân ở khu trung tâm, gần các điểm tham quan vậy là quá ổn, các bạn lễ tân hướng dẫn đường và hổ trợ rất nhiệt tình, gần chùa La Hán chỉ 10 phút đi bộ, gần Hồng Nhai Động 20 phút đi bộ, sát bên Parson 108 bên dưới có quán bán món Trung (có cháo siêu ngon chỉ 12 tệ, bánh bao, sủi cảo đều rất ngon) nhưng 10h sáng mới mở cửa, tóm lại ở đây giá cả phù hợp, vị trí sát ga tàu rất thuận tiện vì cửa số 1 có thang cuốn cả lên lẫn xuống, phù hợp cho các bạn vác vali lớn, bao quanh là các hàng quán trên mặt đất cả dưới tầng hầm, các điểm tham quan rất gần, có máy giặt và xà bông giặt nữa, túm lại là quá tốt, lần sau đến Trùng Khánh mình sẽ ở khách sạn này.
