Highly recommended!! Comfortable bed, good location and facilities.. some hiccup initially but the service recovery was totally 👍. The staff and everyone make the stay a great one! Will definitely be back to stay in this hotel chain if I am coming back to Chong Qing again. :)

The room is awesome and have a great view of the River and city landscape. Especially like the complimentary cleaning and drying services.

The hotel is located in the center of Chongqing, which is very convenient for sightseeing, and the room is very clean. My housekeeper is Peaches.🍑Her service is very good and makes me feel very comfortable. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel again.

The service level and view from the room are impeccable. The hotel assigns a personal butler on wechat who provides various services and advice. 桃子was very polite and goes the extra mile. Will definitely stay again.

Located on the 30th floor of chaotianmen building, ISEYA had one of the best views on offer. We booked the 270 degree view room and it was stunning. Location was super convenient as it was right next to the metro and service was amazing. 24 hour butler service, free laundry/drying and the robot delivery of our takeaway was a nice touch too. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the incredible staff. Every team member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Their outstanding service made our stay feel extra special.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much to Xingxing for everything she made our experience very seamless and she was through with communication and her English is very good! The room was clean and the views from the room were as expected and just like the picture or even better. We had the beautiful of Yangtze River and the mountains.
Xingxing explained everything well, including letting us know about the other hotel amenities we can use!
Thanks to her we had a very easy time in Chongqing!
We were taken care of from check in to check out!
Highly recommend to everyone.

Everything was fine: Nice view, location, clean room & good service. The only complaint I had was that the light of one side of the bath was broken but was fixed asap!

Travelled as a family, booked 5 rooms in total.
The location is great, there are many food options and it’s near to the popular places in Chongqing, directly opposite to 莱佛士.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, they also have butler service. The butlers are all so nice and helpful especially 木南 and 安安.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and will definitely stay again if I’m back at Chongqing.
