位置還不錯，價格也還行。就是臨街（基督城最寬的環線），太吵了，夜裡兩點都很難入睡。
另外商家反饋並沒跟攜程有合作，所以訊息有誤，不帶按摩浴缸，就是正常的汽車旅館配置。

Property was not the most expensive, but room was warm, bed was comfortable, shower was fine, so altogether accommodation was good.

Some of the locks did not work adequately, on windows and door lock was hard to get locked

we were very happy with our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with easy parking for our daughter who would pick us up each morning and drop us back at night. We did mention to the receptionist that the shower was too hot. To get it to a reasonable temperature the force of the water had to be excessive. But we are looking forward to returning on our next visit to Chch.

So many issues with this place, definitely would not recommend.
First of all the electricals fried my partner's phone as soon as he plugged it in to the wall.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an extremely rude man at reception, so rude I wanted to walk out and find somewhere else to stay, unfortunately after travelling all day the rest of the family just wanted to rest.
Disgusting boogers on the wall next to the bed and cobwebs everywhere.
No sound proofing between floors so had to listen to stomping above our heads all night.
Overall I won't be staying here again and would suggest to anyone considering this place to find somewhere else.

Property was satisfactory for our requirements. Some areas of the facility needed an upgrade. In total unit was clean and in a very convenient location close to the centre of the city.

Unfortunately Christchurch is a noisy city, especially at night.

Very comfortable room with lots of space upstairs and down. Awesome shower with incredible pressure!! Some wear and tear with room amenities. Found Bealey Avenue incredibly noisy at night. Parking was a bit tight and tricky to negotiate.
