Received a call early in the day of my check in saying I was being sent to another hotel due to a flood at Comfort Inn. Then, a few hours later got another call saying I was being reinstated to the Comfort Inn as they had an extra room. We had a late check in. When we got there, it showed I had checked in & out the previous day. It took Steve a while to find us a room and the room was dirty. Another room was given to us but the whole experience was horrible, specially when you’re tired and just want to get some sleep. Steve did his best to find a solution and I don’t blamed him but the lady who contacted me earlier in the day with all the switching back & forth. That person messed it up. I will not be using Comfort Inn moving forward.

I was checked in .Went to my room it was very dirty,not cleaned.After 30 minutes the maid showed up told me to leave for 30 to 40 minutes.After 1 hour was in the room,a rushed job.I always stay here,for over 2 years now.I paid 185.00 for 1 night costly,plus I should be reimbursed for the ordeal.Not happy this trip.

My second stay, both times for family business. I love the location and personnel are fine. The property is showing some wear and tear. I would also suggest a reworking of the bathroom design, at least in the roomI was in, 107. Sitting on the toilet affords a disgusting view of the sink pipes’ underbelly. There was an ill-timed problem with the TV service, as in late 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. Still unresolved on Tuesday when i checked out.

Not so friendly staff. Tv is broken called couple of times and they didnt care .we stayed for 5nights and they didnt fix it. Asked for towels didnt get any. In the middle of the night its noisy

First of all the pictures are deceiving I thought it was gonna be a little bit more fancier. Everything was torn down the front entrance. You couldn’t even walk into. The parking was ridiculous. I wish we could’ve canceled. The Jacuzzi was so dirty inside rooms were musty and dirty smelled.

You have to stay 4 nights so they can clean your room, otherwise your room will not be serviced

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. Convenience at its finest. The area's charm combined with the ease of getting around made my experience truly delightful.

Hotel is good, breakfast needs to improve, chilaquiles it’s no chilaquiles, no taste, they need to clean tables as soon as guess finish eating
