Really nice clean hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We were there over Christmas to visit family. We cam from Germany. Sorry we didn't find the Hotel earlier in our stay. Definatley go back again. Thank you to all the hard working staff.

Not all Premier Inns are the same! Everyone at Preston Premier Inn goes out of their way to be helpful, kind and nice and really want to make the customer feel welcome. Well done - nothing was too much trouble during our stay particularly Mikey and Sue. Both really seemed to enjoy looking after customers - particularly as the weather was so bad. Really excellent breakfast - freshly cooked and replenished (not always the case at Premier Inns). Our heating was troublesome - sorted eventually, again keen to ensure we were comfortable - thank you to all!

lovely comfy bed. staff very approachable. Sue at breakfast was amazing!! very bubby and friendly. any questions we had was answered with lots of information. extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The evening staff was great too especially phoenix at dinner

A great hotel with a very good location. Just some minutes walk from the main Preston train station. Reception was very perfect. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. Room was well prepared and bed very comfortable. Personal security is assured. I took breakfast at the hotel and I must confess it was the highlight of my stay. A great hotel at a very good location with value for money. I won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
