The huge pool amazed you with its size and cleanliness of water. It was impossible to resist the temptation to take a dip in the cool waters after a long day. However, the most remarkable thing about this hotel is its staff. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They constantly strived to help and create a comfortable environment for all guests. It was felt that it was sincerely important to them that each of us was satisfied with our stay. And the restaurant workers won us over with their professionalism and friendliness. The hotel restaurant is wonderful. The delicious food and variety of dishes made me very happy. All food was prepared with care and attention to detail, adding even more pleasure to the overall experience. Having on-site parking is a big plus, especially when you arrive by car. Knowing that my car was safe, I could completely relax and enjoy my time off. The room I stayed in was a wonderful place to stay. Spacious, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the attention to detail and comfort that was provided in the room. The breakfast was great, a traditional local breakfast. The location of the hotel is very conspicuous, the service is also very warm, recommend this hotel. The hotel provides parking, but there is no pick-up service.

I think you should fire about the redheaded girl at the reception. From the first, she did not give us complete information on how much the services cost. At first, she told us that all pool services cost AMD 8000, but then it turns out that all pools cost 12000 if she had told us that in advance we would have paid 12000. Then she said that if we wanted to change the bracelet, we had to add twice as much, but that's because she didn't warn us, we took what she advised. She then asked me not to blame her for the mistake and asked the security guard to solve the problem with me. I don't think that's respectful to the customer. I asked to call the manager, but no one came to me, except the security guard, we, of course, paid extra, because we had a holiday and did not want to spoil the mood of my family. But that was the first and the last time, and not only would I never advise anyone to go there, but I would also say that it is one of the worst places in Yerevan, where they do not know how to properly serve and solve problems with the client.
