We have stayed there for 3 nights for our holiday. Everything there was great for us, the room was clean as well as the lovely old building was well maintained. The price was reasonable for the high quality of interior and amenities in the room, the services and location. We would book this hotel again if we go to Brisbane in the future.

Convenient location in Brisbane city. Reception provided great service, was polite and welcoming. We had a warm welcome and a quick, easy and fuss-free check in process. Thank you Vania! (Hope I got her name right) Amazing view from the Sky Lounge located on the 36th floor. However the apartment was slightly dirty. We put up the sign to make up our room but it was not made at all, even when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to ours when we left. We left the hotel to go out in the morning and when we returned at night the ”make up the room” sign was still on our door and the room was exactly as we left it when we went out. Room wasn't made, toiletries weren't replenished.

Good central location, room clean and tidy. Staff were excellent, especially in concierge and reception, who gave superb customer service. The experience was ruined by some irritations which could easily be fixed. In the bathroom, I was pleased to have a bathtub as well as a shower but there was no soap or shampoo for the bath: I had to walk backwards and forwards to the shower to get soap and shampoo when I needed it. I had to leave a note to ask the housekeeping staff to leave me a bar of soap. No shower attachment in the bath for hair-washing or bath-cleaning. Water temperature in the shower highly variable (other guests reported this too). The elevators were slow to arrive: sometimes a very long wait. The card readers in the elevators were temperamental, lots of guests struggled to make them work. In the breakfast area, decaffeinated coffee was not included: had to ordered separately and pay extra (expensive too). The omelette chef was never there and had to be summoned. Odd arrangement where there are no stairs for those that want exercise or dislike waiting for slow elevators or dislike elevators altogether. Even the one floor down from reception to concierge can only be travelled by elevator. Some attention to detail please Marriott: your staff are great but I wouldn’t stay again because of the other issues above, unless they are remedied.

Nice location.. artistic room Cons My room has bad internet connection. Its intermitten. I need to go to lobby to have stable connection. Inform the staff, she will send it team but never happen. After that i inform for the second times. They put note in my room that the technician already reset the connection. But its still not stable until i check out When you stay @ W you will high expectation. This internet connection is really unacceptable

Awful, there isn’t any other way to describe it. Do not stay here, everything is completely run down. No maintenance at all the place hasn’t ever seen a paint brush. Checked in then checked out within 10 mins, made sure I got a refund, the managed (presume) I dealt with -completely understood and couldn’t give me my money back any quicker. On arrival I could see the kitchen was filthy and small, upon walking to my room I was confronted with a man that had thrown up in his top and was holding it in his T-shirt while walking down the stairs. (15:20) Arrived to my ‘box room’ it was a complete state, curtains are stained and don’t cover the windows, the ceiling fan was clinking and clanging and on the verge of coming off. Aircon was non existent, also extremely loud. I can safely say I didn’t bother even entering the showers or toilet faculties- I think that was for the best. Just another hostel that doesn’t care about it’s clients literally just offering a bed to stay for a night and taking your money. Hostel selina , 200 meters round the corner isn't even comparable to this place so don’t waste your money on summer house and go hostel selina. We stayed in apartment 1001 recently for a business trip. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed but the apartments are poorly sealed so it was quite noisy with a draught at night time. The unit was in need of carpet cleaning and the sliding door to the ensuite bathroom needed repair. We didn't use the kitchen facilities so can't comment on that. I would stay again if the price was right but it wouldn't be my preferred accommodation.

Very nice hotel, the facilities are very good! You can simply heat the food yourself. It is also very convenient for a suite to live together. like very much. Opposite is WOOLWORTH, very convenient. The service is also very good, the oven is broken, help us to bake PIZZA, thank you very much! Overall very good. I like WOOLWORTH very much, and Australian milk is delicious. Juice is OK, but I prefer Australian milk and I feel that Hawaiian fruit juice is better. But milk is really good in Australia.

Our first stay at Manor Apartment Hotel in July/20 & again recently from 31/08/21 to 10/09/21 for 10 nights. We stayed in room 23 on level 4 & was excellent in comfort & recently renovated & updated interior looked fabulous, views down Queen St towards Post Office Square. The room was self contained with modern kitchen appliances & most importantly all the rooms were spotless. Complementary breakfast served each morning by friendly staff on level 4 with an excellent variety of food from the menu choice. Staying at the Manor is so convenient to Queen St Mall, a 5 min walk to Central Station & other means of public transport + many tourist attractions close-by. Fast complementary Wi-Fi is very good. I'd like to take this opportunity in thanking Management Robert & Paula for making us so welcome & a big thankyou to Andrew & the Manor Team. We hope to stay again in the near future.

For breakfast, they cooperated with another restaurant. The environment is very good and the choices are abundant. For accommodation, we are on the 8th floor, just in time to catch upstairs to repair the subway, it is quite noisy.
