I think it is the best in this area. The interior of the room was a nice touch. The front desk is very kind. I really liked the area around the hotel.

This was an amazing surprise. Fantastic accommodation that was extremely comfortable and very spacious. We were staying in an apartment and we could not fault it. It was clean, cozy and extremely comfortable. It had everything you could require for a comfortable, free and easy stay. A great location and base for visiting great beaches and the greater Margaret River region.

Excellent location, lovely hosts and superb room with balcony - a total chilling stay walking distance to a beautiful, safe beach and close to a golf course where one evening we counted 60 (yes 60!) large, small, old and young kangaroos feeding. This was a half of a cabin as shown on the Booking site with the other side unoccupied when we were there. I think there is a season here when kids are out of school and all the cabins are occupied. The accommodations were really nice and the place was really quiet except for the kookaburras and magpies trying to get our dinner(amusing). Don't eat on the porch! There was a nice washer to use and a line to hang out clothes. The pool and tennis court looked nice but we didn't use them. There is a hands off approach by management and all the payment was collected in advance. They had good internet.

1. Check-in was very fast, it only took 15 minutes to find the check-in front desk. If you are staying at this hotel, drive outside and only see the entrance of the restaurant when you come in. Go in from the restaurant and ask the waiter and they will direct you to the front desk! 2. The facilities are not the latest but they are very stylish. The corridor before entering the room is beautifully decorated, and the room is also very unique and clean. The restaurant downstairs does not disturb the accommodation area at all. The hot water is great. There is a heater. 3. Breakfast is provided, you must eat it, it is very delicious! It can be eaten for lunch, it tastes better than many outside restaurants🥹🥹 4. The environment is great, and you can ask the store in advance when there will be activities. We only passed by for one night, and when we left, we found out that there was a music festival the night before🥹🥹 It is a store that includes food, accommodation and entertainment. I will definitely do it next time I have the opportunity. Would go again!

Have stayed here several times and loved it , this time we booked 3 nights in October. The first night no hot water, phoned after hours number left a message with no joy. At 11:30 pm fire alarm sounded so the whole apartment block evacuated. At midnight no one came so one quest phoned the police. Some 15 minutes later the manager arrived 10 minutes after him the fire brigade arrived 1 hour after the original alarm. Next morning I and a few guests met at reception to ask why the response was so slow, the manager almost immediately accused one lady guest of using poor language towards him the night before which she denied and the CEO of seashells agreed with her after viewing CCTV. Then the lady in reception became involved and told the guests to all leave the reception. All the guests wanted to know was why it took so long for the manager and the fire brigade which is based in Dunsborough (which is 8 kilometres away) to respond. We love the accommodation and setting here but this stay was soured by the management attitude towards their paying guests.

My husband and I headed to Yallingup campsite as a quick stop sleepover while we were fishing for salmon in the area. We made last minute bookings two days in a row and both times had excellent communication from them and they were super easy to deal with, book, check in and out. Super friendly with welcoming text and goodbye ‘thank you’ text. Sites were clean and grassy, trees around for shade. Amenities were fine and standard. Clean and tidy toilet and shower that require code for access. The park is in a gorgeous location overlooking the beach and surf area. I highly recommend for couples, and also for families.
