Great find! Older style property with recently refurbished rooms, comfortable bed, clean room. All you can ask for at a fabulous price. Convenient location to great pizza & pasta takeaway. Friendly manager and highly recommend you visit this lovely town and accommodation

Very pleasant stay. Clean, well-equipped (tissues, shampoo, towels and face washer, etc.). Not super roomy but quite adequate; had desk and small table and chairs. Comfortable bed. I will stay there again when in Karuah.

The motel was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was small but ok for 1 night stay.
The location was great. easy to find and near the river. Across the road from the RSL which had the best Chinese food we have had in ages!
We would definitely use it as a transit motel again.

Great customer service & WiFi. Spa Cabin was a great size, beds very comfortable, great park, walks and views. Swimming pool looked great but too cold for us - undercover parking Cabin was older style and had been partly renovated, and some areas disappointing, very small tv with many channels audio only, bathroom dirty seemed to be dirt coming in from roof. Rusty fittings, blinds too small for window in bedroom, Lounge very uncomfortable- 2 seater for 4 berth cabin. Should be great when renovations are completed.

We had never visited Lemon Tree Passage before and we were a bit sceptical, however, we were absolutely delighted with our find. Lillian and Jason do an amazing job, they have owned this motel for approximately 3 years now and have 3 small children, 1 five and twins aged 3. During this time they have managed to completely refurbish the motel to what I would call a five star standard. The bathroom is simply stunning and the kitchenette is extremely clean and nice. Everything has been catered for and nothing is too much trouble for them. Having the bowling club next door is an added bonus and we visited there for dinner. The meal was lovely and at $15 for a rump steak, salad and chips there were no complaints. I can't recommend this motel enough.

What a fantastic park! We had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. We stayed in a cabin, the cabin was lovely and clean, had all the cooking utensils and full size fridge. Comfy beds. Cabin had a bath which was handy for our toddler. The park has a indoor and outdoor pool. We only used the indoor pool as it was still a bit cold & raining and the indoor pool was great we went early in the morning and had it to ourselves. The park has great play areas for kids. A indoor soft play style for toddlers, jumping pillow and outdoor play equipment. We saw there is a bowling alley too we didn't get a chance to try it. Hopefully next time we visit. Great location next to a bowling club and the beach across the road. We had a fun time, looking forward to visiting again soon.

A great couples getaways. Very nicely maintained property and great service. The pool is a fantastic way to spend your day whilst you watch the trees and the ocean.
Will definitely return.

Beautiful location and relaxed, cosy setting! The hotel itself is amazing, with great decor, amenities, as well as friendly and thoughtful staff!! Hopefully, I get to go back soon!!!
