Very friendly and responsive staff. Even we were late for checkin, the staffs are still able to cater my need throughout the process.
It’s just they don’t have a hairdryer for us to use. Otherwise, they did quite a good job.

Location is great close to good food at local pub, comfortable bed, quiet room. Air Conditioner a little noisy but didn't keep me awake. Has a lift, parking on site, Staff very nice and helpful. Check in and out was pleasant.

Stayed here one night in a double queen room for the bed size and only a few bucks more than the double bed room. The furniture is a bit dated but the room was clean. And the bed was very comfortable for my older body - not too soft but not a plank either. The little bathroom has a large shower with a rain head and loads of pressure - an unexpected pleasure. Also, large, thick, soft towels. Dinner downstairs is typical pub food but quite acceptable. Yeah, I'd stay here again. Book direct with the hotel and get 10% of the best deal here.

The room is relatively large and clean. However, the hotel faces a subway station on one side and a main road on the other side, which is very noisy at night. If you have requirements for quietness, I suggest not to choose this hotel.

I have stayed at the Quest Woolooware Bay on a long stay & l am in a accessible studio room. The quest accessible rooms are very spacious & the bathroom facilitiesare of a very high standard. The management team & front of house staff as well as housekeeping are very friendly & welcoming & give 5star quality service.

My family had three rooms over 5 days here and I must say we were very happy with the accomodation and Penshurst itself. The hotel is very close to the rail station which was a plus for us. Post recent renovations the rooms were all clean, very well maintained and had a “new” feeling. Comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities in all. More Like an upper class Hotel really. Very nice. We all ate at the hotel most nights as the food was good and Al had a wide and GF selections cooked well. A quiz night was a bit of fun one night. Penshurst itself had a great selection of local coffee and breakfast options. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

Good location which is convenient for both Wollongong and Sydney. From what I understand, there has been a renovation in the last few years, and as a result,the rooms and the bathrooms have been renovated well. There is a late night bar and gaming rooms open until 3 am, Food is available even until after midnight which is a plus point. The prices aren’t too bad compared to surrounding hotels, and all in all they are reasonable for Sydney.
