The hotel is a little far from the city and not served by transport, but if you are driven it is very good. Clean and good service, I recommend

I had a reservation and my trip was moved forward a day and this company wouldn't move my booking despite the fact that they advertise flexible booking ( this was over a month until my trip so there was plenty of notice given) I was told there was no availability but I found the exact same room for the date I needed to change to on their website. I booked this and asked if they could waive their cancellation fee as I hadn't completely cancelled and they were still getting my money, it was just a day earlier than planned. I was told that I couldn't do this and was going to be charged the full £100 if I cancelled and rebooked with the same company, plus the charge for the new room. This is an extremely greedy company that isn't really interested in helping their customers or building relationships with customers they just want your money then they don't care. I had a three week trip around Europe booked with IBIS hotels and I will certainly be cancelling all of them and never using them again as they lie when they advertise their flexibility. Although the hotel is at the end of the Erasmus metro line, the hotel is only 2 minutes away on foot to the metro station, and it would take only 20 minutes to arrive at the Brussels Central station. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area surrounded by trees. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was very polite. The room given was room number 209. It was clean, a decent size for 1 person, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, and it included the necessary toiletries. Room service was provided everyday. Breakfast was included, and it was a buffet. It included cold cuts, sweet pastries, hot dishes, cereal and coffee.. All in all it was a lovely stay, I would really recommend it and I would certainly revisit this hotel during my next trip to Brussels :-) Thank you for your lovely hospitality.

Similar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.

They have decent rooms and studios, pretty clean, good heating, quiet, availability most of the time and also a loyalty program. I am a constant client. There is a kitchen corner with spacious fridge, microwave, water heater, cutlery, some dishes and they also provide a tea, coffee and candies to the guest :).
