New building, clean, large, well-furnished rooms. Big bathroom with perfect plumbing. There is even a heat curtain. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is in the park and sports area of the city, there is quite quiet. But without a car in this hotel there is nothing to do. I didn't like the restaurant at the hotel. Tonight dinner is almost unrealistic. The restaurant is filled with visitors from a nearby residential complex where there are obviously no food facilities. Very slow elevator

Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff who treated us as their own friends, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen. We have been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years and would not change it for any other hotel in Plovdiv. Special thank you to Vladimir Kochanov the Manager who attended to whatever requirements we asked for. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be treated first class!

Our host Mitko was such a great help and really gave valuable advice about where to go, and how to get there. The Hotel is situated within walking distance to the Old Town and all the historical sights. Our room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Mitko went above an beyond with his attention and friendliness, super and enlightening conversations. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. We were two couples in double rooms. Very happy with our stay at Boris Palace. All the staff pleasant and helpful. Lady at check in showed us both rooms so we could choose which we preferred. Both rooms spotless. Both had balconies and good views. Very impressed with the cleanliness everywhere. Absolutely spotless. Very nice breakfast of hams, cheeses, lovely fresh bread and pastries. Couldn't fault the hotel and would be my first choice when back in Plovdiv as the location was perfect. In the old town but very close walking distance to everywhere.

We held two days of business meetings under excellent conditions. Perfect organization by the hotel management team! Spacious 5-star rooms. Wonderful views of the neighboring park and the Olympic rowing base of Plovdiv. A cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Special thanks also to the chef for the wonderful dinner in the restaurant. Rich and varied breakfast. A cool place in the July heat. I highly recommend! Moreover, in my experience as a Hotel Expert level 16 on TripAdvisor, I rarely come across a hotel that deserves more stars than it presents.

We stayed here two nights recently and everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious, the size of a small apartment. Well stocked kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was steps away from dozens of different restaurants, they even have one on location. We were also an easy walk from everything we wanted to see in town, with the train station an easy 25 minute walk. Best of all, the folks at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! The offered excellent advice on what to see in town, were super-friendly, and even arranged a cot for our toddler to sleep in, despite ********** indicating none was available (we did email and ask ahead of time; was set up waiting for us in our room). We will certainly look to stay here again the next time we are in town.
