We had 2 short stays here before and after our birdwatching trip to NE Brazil. We enjoyed our stays (2 nights before, 3 nights after), the rooms were good with storage, comfortable bed, reliable hot water for showering. We enjoyed the pool area, even though it is quite small it is a pleasant space to relax. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. All staff were great, breakfast greeting was always very welcoming too. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of breakfast items and there was an omlette station. Would have liked some complimentary water in the room, and there were some minor maintenance issues the second time around, however service was very efficient and problems quickly dealt with. Good central location, very easy to get to the ( rocky) beach and short walk to the night market one way, and fish market the other.

A few kilometers away from the famous Gold Coast, this mermaid beach is not inferior. It is just a play center. It is more than three hundred meters away from the beach. It took half an hour to walk along the coast to the Gold Coast. The front desk of the hotel is a beautiful Chinese girl. No breakfast is served here. But there is a kitchen. Cookware is readily available. The price is not expensive, and it is still possible to use a knife for two days. There is a covered parking lot in front of the door, which is very convenient. It is indeed trustworthy.

The Premium Suite room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable and yes the pillows are some of the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The bathroom was amazing as well! The view of the pier and beach was beautiful. The hotel is pretty much central to everything. Last but not least, the entire staff were all polite, patient and professional. I will definitely be back!!!

Faixada de entrada do hotel está horrível, não dá nem pra saber se é um prédio ou um hotel... Comprei um quarto com cama Queen e não existia cama Queen no hotel... Pra resolver eles juntaram duas camas de solteiro... como está na foto que tirei. Pedi uma toalha que estava faltando através do celular pq lá não tem telefone de quarto com a recepção, tive que descer pra buscar pq não tem funcionários pra levar ao quarto, o mesmo aconteceu com as malas... Café da manhã bem simples, poucas variedades. Piscina horrível, agua turva, não sei o que eles fizeram nas fotos... mas no booking parece até uma área legal, algumas partes tem grades pra proteção outras não, um perigo para as crianças... Chegamos às 14h pro check-in e um dos quartos ainda não estavam disponíveis... Pontos positivos: quartos amplos e espaçosos, cortinas escurecem bem o quatro, camas boas, bom banheiro, nada de luxo ou moderno... mas deu pra dormir bem.

Very comfortable hotel, the rooms have a king couple bed, air conditioning, spacious bathroom and an excellent swimming pool, besides being well located, is located on the beach of Meireles, near the fairy, with nearby restaurants, In addition to having a restaurant in the hotel with very good food, I had dinner in that restaurant, it was self-service. As I had a dinner voucher, I don't know how much it cost, but I saw some individual dishes prices and those I saw around $50.00 above, but the food was excellent. I'll leave the pictures I recorded from the hotel on my YouTube channel: @NiwertonMota. Just look there.

Exceptional officials. All cordial. Very clean, very good food. But we had a problem: with the strong rain the hotel was without energy. The generator was not enough for all rooms. We were unconditioned by 24h. We could not open the windows, because the generator is a little below us and the smoke generated by it entered our room. I asked the reception to change the room, because they had air-conditioned rooms working and said they couldn't; I asked a fan to sleep and they had no. Result: sleep (due to fatigue) at 2:30 a.m. with a humiliated towel on my body to try to threaten the heat.In the morning they would solve our problem, but we were already going away. I know that the lack of energy was not the fault of the hotel, but they could have put us in another room, because it was not stuck or then obtained a fan to avoid such disorder. The reception was with my number to the administration to contact via WhatsApp to try to compensate (through discount in the stay), but so far, almost a week later, they did not enter.

I stayed in this hotel for five days and finally was forced to change the hotel. The people in this hotel are very friendly, but the front desk staff can't understand English, let alone Chinese. I first stayed in this hotel for three days, and then because of business uncertainty, I booked it day by day. Two days before I left the hotel, the hotel threw out my things and put them in another room. I asked them why, they said that my room was reserved by someone else. This situation didn't even tell me.

Excelente hotel, cama gostosa, chuveiro, atendimento muito bom e o quarto muito aconchegante. Parabéns a todos e em especial a camareira Raquel e a recepcionista Keylane. Tiramos várias fotos lindas no hotel com o pessoal da Maná fotografias, amei todas as fotos. Obrigada!

CClimpI thought it was a apart hotel, but it is a normal residential building where the owner of the apartment has 6 apartments in the building to rent. So, when you stay at Atlantic Ocean Residence, you will feel like a resident because you often cross with residents, which, for me, is not a problem. The room is quite clean, well located and the kitchen looked well equipped, but as we stayed only one night, it was not possible to check the day if something was missing. The vacation in the garage of the building is quite easy for those who are renting cars. I couldn't connect to the wifi but it exists. The service of the owner Marcio is quiet and sympathetic.

Like all Brazilian hotels you can knock a couple of stars of the rating. This place had professional staff at the front desk, and one of them spoke English which was a big help. But the pool was a bit dirty and the place seemed a little soulless and run down. The breakfast was good, the wifi questionable, but the location is decent and it has the night market right out front. It was a fair price so I guess it's hard to complain

É um hotel simples mas, sempre que chegávamos estava limpo, roupas de cama limpas e esticadas, o ar sempre ligado com um clima agradável já que faz muito calor na cidade. O café da manhã é bom com todas opções que se espera de um café da manhã em um hotel. De maneira geral é tudo absolutamente conforme o anunciado. Um ponto muito positivo é que é muito próximo a praia de Iracema. A pé são 2 minutos da praia onde é possível fazer caminhadas, andar pelo pier e tem mercados, farmácias tudo muito fácil acesso. Quanto a segurança, tomamos todas medidas de cuidados mas não fomos importunado em nenhum lugar de Fortaleza. Recomendo visitar o santuário Canaã estando em Fortaleza.

Pontos negativos: Cama extremamente desconfortável, piscina nao é limpa com regularidade, a localizaçao do hotel fica no lado mais extremo da praia do futuro, comprometendo o deslocamento com maior facilidade para os demais locais de fortaleza.

GGaby MIt was certainly the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. Precarious care, where they even provided covers. Towel had to ask every day and even in one of them took more than 5 hours to deliver and after 3 charged connections. Moreover, there was generalised viruses of the hotel, which probably occurred due to the (managed) hygiene of the hotel, because it does not make sense that several families who have even met have had the same symptoms.
