Unlike my last experience in Atibaia in a hotel with horrible timetables and flexibility of check-in and check-out, this hotel in Jundiaí was of unfair kindness. They released the room two hours before and, without any request, they told me that I would have one hour more to check out. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! I made a reservation at the hotel, reservation no. 624583, with check in day 15 and check out day 16. The receptionist then wanted to change our room, but my younger son wears a dressing and all our things were closed inside the room. But there was no room available with extra bed. The place is pleasant and comfortable, surely would come back :)

Quality Hotel Jundiai, it's part of our house. Whenever we go to Jundií and where we host, always clean, carefully careful, sympathetic and requesting staff, good breakfast and for us is a great location, easy access to the road, the city centre and is next to a Carrefour and despite It is super silent to be practically the road margin. We recommend it!!

The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

Estadia maravilhosa, quartos confortáveis, café muito bom, porém o diferencial, o que realmente chamou atenção foi o atendimento, toda a equipe, da recepção a cozinha, da arrumação dos quartos ao Bar, todos muito educados, gentis e extremamente atenciosos, posso dizer que me senti em casa, parabéns a equipe nota 1000, recomendo e voltarei muitas vezes 😃😃😃

I wanted to share the great experience I had today in the Wojo Spot of the Ibis Jundiaí Shopping hotel. This coworking space has a very good structure and WiFi connectivity, but its staff is the best part. I came to my surprise and I had no internet. I was in maintenance and he came back only the night. The room has no phone to talk to the hotel. I have to go to the doorway. There are only two towels and there are no floor towels, i.e. vc needs to take a towel and get on the floor to not slipping. The room where I was sweet was hair on the table. The window doesn't open right. The garden was very black. The rooms are cleaned, and there is no fridge. You need to take water from the street to the hotel. Because there is no phone, you can't ask any water. I didn't like it. Furthermore, you only receive a small sabble to wash your hands. And to take a bath, there's a kind of liquid sabble in a pot that is recharged. Very unsafe! Imagine if someone puts something unknown in that sabble? And ai vc takes a bath with that. I didn't like it. It's antihygienic and dangerous. In addition, you also don't get shampoo or conditioning, nor in street hotels I had never passed the same need as this hotel. I have been in hotels for years and that was one of the worst. Another detail is the picture of the hotel's portrait that doesn't match the reality. I felt wrong! I don't recommend. Another important detail. If you go to work, when you arrive at 8 a.m. there are girls to drink coffee because a few months ago. That's frustrating!
