O hotel surpreende ao trazer um clima bucólico e tranquilo em suas instalações mesmo estando em uma localização privilegiada, próximo do Centro e das universidades (não tanto do aeroporto e do shopping). É possível um convívio próximo com a natureza nas áreas comuns, enquanto os quartos são bem equipados, incluindo sinal de internet de boa qualidade e TV por assinatura (embora faltem os canais Globosat disponíveis). O café da manhã é excepcional em variedade e qualidade. Há ainda uma compreensão acima da média sobre questões relativas ao check-in.

The hotel is very clean and well organised. wide and safe parking! The restaurant has Wi-Fi and serves good food! I spent a night with my family and surely, whenever we pass through Mossó, we will stay! The price is very fair for what you deliver!

Excellent location, super pleasant accommodation from the reception with two-language receptionist, room with very comfort, wonderful bed, cleaning, perfect room service. Morning breakfast is apart with fruit, sweets, salts, juices and coffee on the machine or coated at the time. In the leisure area the delicious pool and academia. All clean and hygienic, complying with safety and cleaning standards against Covid. Positive point for the staff framework, always careful and ready to serve, if necessary. BY HEAVEN!!!

I was hosted from 08 to 11 June 2023, and I imagined that the hotel would be the same standard of so many Ibis hotels spread around the world and that I have already hosted, but I was completely wrong. The hotel has never been renovated or maintained, the lighting, covered with tissue, is old, moped-screwed and pends for falling at any time, and the corridors are very badly smelling. Room with TV that did not work throughout the stay (I called but did not broadcast no sound) and shower that only had hot water on the first day. I was forced to take a freezer bath during the rest of the stay. I have called for a number of times at the reception but the only presents and ”responsible” for the hotel are staff, poorly trained and super unprepared. But then I found that it was all a lie and that no one would fix anything during the weekend. Internet of very low quality would be better if they didn't offer guests. FINAL .... bad experience in a hotel that has nothing IBIS standard ....is a common hotel and the inside road, full of stuff broken, with a bad smell of the corridors and of mentor staff who are unable to solve anything, and it was my first and last host in that dust, who was collecting more than 300 reals for the daily experience of this horror film of the farm.

O hotel é simplesmente impecável! Desde o atendimento até a qualidade das acomodações. A limpeza é excelente! O serviço de lavanderia, sensacional. Sem falar da conservação do hotel. Um espaço incrível para descanso e negócios. Também para viagem em família. A acessibilidade é fantástica!
