"Hotel antogio e precisando de reformas. Reservamos 2 noites e ficamos só uma. O hotel não tinha aguá quente e o ar não gelava direito. Não nos foi oferecido troca de quarto, apenas a chava de um outro quarto para tomarmos banho, mas que também não tinha agua quente.
Tentei solicitar o reemboldo da uma noito não utilizada, mas também foi negado pela gerente e a mesmo me direcionou para a ouvidoria do hotel.
Em resumo tive que pagar uma outra noite em outro hotel.
Realmente lamentavel.
Não recomendo este hotel, ele esta classificado com 4 estrela, mas não entrega o prometido."

"Confesso que reservei um pouco receosa depois de ler alguns comentários. Porém, o único problema que tive foi com a TRIP onde eles me colocaram em um quarto diferente do que eu tinha solicitado.
Em relação ao hotel, funcionários atenciosos e conseguiram resolver o problema. O quarto limpo e ar gelando (o quarto é intermediário pra um ar pequeno, mas, usando corretamente vai gelar normalmente. Café da manhã impecável, com VÁRIAS opções e muito gostoso. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
E ainda ganhamos uma foto cortesia. 😁👍🏼"

"O apartamento é fácil de localizar, equipe sempre prestativa.
Porém, o quarto não possui isolamento acústico, então acordei varia vezes com barulho da limpeza dos quartos, e do rádio das camareiras, além dos barulhos dos hóspedes também. O café da manhã é simples, não há muitas opções e eles mudam poucas coisas. Durante os 5 dias que fiquei, as opções eram pão, cuscus, batata doce, ovo frito, leite e iogurtes. Variavam apenas a segunda opção de proteína, bolo e suco.
Num geral, é ok."

Agora dizia ter estacionamento mas não informaram que era cobrado 20,00 reais por dia. Mesmo assim são poucas vagas para a capacidade de hospedagem, no geral muito bom custo benefício.

As instalações do hotel são bem escuras, luzes insuficientes; no meu quarto, o sinal da imagem da televisão era péssima, barulho de obra o dia todo (incomodava muito o repouso diurno), raramente tínhamos água quente no chuveiro e quando a tínhamos, demorava muito para aquecer.
