They have no cots. What bloody hotel doesn't have cots?! They tried to double charge me for two rooms when I only booked one. They want a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR DEPOSIT if you pay with debit like screw right off!!! It's sickening!!! The deposit issue was holding multiple people at the front desk also because it's absurd and the woman just kept saying ”it's policy” like a robot. The hotel has no bar, no room service at all. Zero amenities. Pool closes at 10 pm, not 11 pm like a normal hotel. The hotel interior has almost no color at all, is bland, boring, grey and depressing. Outside there is a view of a Walmart parking lot. The woman at the front desk was slow, rude, we could barely understand her, and seemed to have no idea how to actually be helpful. Any time we needed help she'd just say ”it's policy” like a literal robot and the entire process was inhuman and absurd. Oh, and apparently they want you to use a ”digital key” now to open your room door. The link is broken and leads nowhere. Imagine the elderly being told they have to download their stupid app to open a door!! Get a GRIP!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! HIRE NEW STAFF. They were knocking on our door at 8 am when check out is 11 am - woke up all the kids and us meaning we had to travel all day sleep deprived. Hire new staff, get COTS like a normal hotel, SCREW your INSANE ”policy” of $500 deposits, offer amenities other than freaking A&W outside for your guests and get rid of this ridiculous ”digital key” - if not, at least lower the cost of your rooms because this hotel is NOT WORTH WHAT YOU CHARGE.

Wonderful home environment in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy to access. Breakfast lovely. Nice break after busy city daytime activities. Fabulous hosts! Looking forward to returning in warm weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.

The room was very clean. A few minor repairs were needed. The floor lamp had a broken switch which meant the only way to turn it on and off was to unplug it. The outside shower door handle was off and sitting in corner of the bathroom. These I could deal with. However when I went down to breakfast there was nothing there except for some bagels and a few muffins. There were also cheerios. You could have coffee, but if you don't drink coffee which I do not you were out of luck. When I questioned the staff I was told they were supposed to receive breakfast supplies yesterday but they did not arrive. The warming trays were empty except for a handful of tired hash browns. I was told that was left over from the day before when they had bacon, sausages, and eggs. There was nothing today, This also made me wonder about the milk for the cerial. Had it been left out since yesterday? I was not willing to risk it. The cooler was empty, with no juice or yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast. This hotel is in a metropolitan area so there was no excuse not to have someone pick up breakfast supplies. Instead, the management chose to let paying customers to go without. I felt bad for the staff who were left to deal with the fallout.

I'm thrilled about my experience at the Hampton Inn! The service here is good, from the impeccably clean rooms to the outstanding customer service and delicious breakfast. Bella, who works in the breakfast room, truly impressed me with her warm demeanour and exceptional service. Additionally, although I don't know her name, the dedication of the housekeeper in ensuring that my room was always clean made me feel comfortable when sleeping in this room. It's clear that every staff member here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Loved the hotel in general stayed with my sister and my 2 yr old .Place was clean and modern.They however don't have microwave or coffee machine in any of the rooms .You have to use the one diwn at reception .This Was a challenge warming baby food and tired mum.I wish I had considered that before booking .They did have those mini fridge .

Was very disappointed with the temperature of the pool. We were really looking forward to swim with our baby who loves the water but literally could not swim with baby at all as it was way too cold! Another issue and I would say main issue we had was the temperature in the room which seemed could not have been fixed. We had our baby in the bedroom sleeping with door closed only to find that it felt like a fridge and baby was cold as ice! They couldn't seem to fix this issue- they did bring a heater but baby was already cold as ice... This was vey upsetting and uncomfortable that just for once night stay we had to deal with HVAC and have maintenance attendants come in and out of our room multiple times. The best experience at this property was Hassina and the Breakfast attendant staff. Hassina was so sweet and thoughtful to bring me a bowel of fruit because it was all gone when I came down for breakfast and especially travelling with a baby this was so appreciated and her thoughtfulness to offer if I needed or wanted anything she can bring me! This was the best part of the stay!! THANK YOU HASSINA! So overall, unfortunately our night was completely ruined dealing with HVAC and the pool was not useable both days I have to give 1 Star for our stay at this property.

I am a IGH reward member and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we arrived late to hotel with 2 young children waiting to go straight to bed, we go up to our room to find that we only had 1 bed for 4 PEOPLE! Our reservation was booked for 2 beds and they did not even bother to tell us at the front desk when we checked in. Also, we had 0 towels in our room, not even wash clothes, so when we called to ask for more we were given 2 floor mat towels....for 4 of us. There were no no towels in the pool area either. At 1230 AM the people in the room right next to us decided to have a very LOUD party, we called security several times but they were not doing much about it until we begged them to knock louder and do something. I told all of my concerns to the girl at the front desk when I was checking out and she did not seem shocked at any of this. So I dont know if this is just a regular thing for them or what. She told me I can call the manager on Monday.

This Suites is excellent, many free parking spaces, come with breakfast, room is very very clean, and comfortable. Front desk is nice and helpful. Will come back for sure.
