This superior rating is for the hotel restaurant. The spread is wonderful and the service is amazing. Particularly the attention by Carlos the manager, Tabita and Andre, always with a smile and the best attitude. The hotel front desk, unfortunately, has a big issue with answering the phones. We’ve called several times from our room and there’s no answer. We have to come down to the lobby to get the information that we need.

I stayed here for a couple nights and the hotel is in very good shape, everything still smells new. The location isn't really good, there's literally nothing around, you will need an Uber to go anywhere. Never take a taxi in Chile!!! They will totally rip you off. Front desk people isn't friendly or welcoming at all but I think that's everywhere in Chile.

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.

The room was not bad, the corridor was a bit dark, it belonged to the Chilean security area, the only bad thing was that the breakfast did not change for a week, and the breakfast was very basic.

The best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week and our experience was excellent: great room with air conditioning, fridge, TV, private bathroom - simple and very comfortable and the room was clean every day. Breakfast very good with various options of country, coffee, milk, tea, fruit, cold, yoghurt, eggs etc and when we left very early for the tours they offered coffee and some petiscos, I found legal tb. The hotel has a restaurant that you can make fast food and a bar with drinks. What to say about the Providencia neighborhood, is one of the best in Chile, super quiet, close to everything (bars, markets, restaurants, shops, banks, metro, exchange houses and Shopping Costanera), finally super recommended, Our stay was quiet and super recommended!!

Heidelberg Haus, is located in a residential area, in Santiago, in the Providencia commune, in front of a pleasant square, due to its location, it is very quiet and at the same time close to shopping centers. The hotel is very well organized and in terms of security, it complies 100%, the cleanliness of the rooms, the light, the comfort, excellent. This stay for me had a surprise factor, and it was that on the second day of arriving, I damaged my knee, with which I had to change the room to a lower floor, change that was made without problems as soon as it was possible according to availability, this change was totally necessary, since the hotel does not have an elevator. My most sincere thanks to everyone who assisted me, understood, empathized, Thank you, Javier, Daniela, Angelica, Luciano, Claudia, Lorena!!! A cordial greeting, Cynthia & Manfred

The hotel was cozy and has nice decoration. The room was clean and had all the required amenities. I absolutely loved the bed! It was super comfortable. The location is a residential area, we appreciated that because we did not want any city noise. They brought the breakfast to the room, it had variety and we liked it. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some questions. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of restaurants, bars and such right nearby, but the area is nice to go for a walk. Overall, a good experience.
