"Our experience of staying at the property was pretty good. Location is very convenient and easy to find ,front desk is available 24/7 and really helpful. I would definitely recommend it. Only problem that we encountered is that shower door doesn't close properly ,water can get spilled in the corridor which Shouldn't happen."

"This hotel price should be 300 RMB.. on weekends they change the price to 900 to 1100 RMB which is total waste for this type of hotel. Don't pay to this hotel more than 300 RMB or it will be waste of money for you. The rooms are small and it's a 3 star hotel."

"What a great place to visit. We came as a family of 5 and the host Xiao Yan was so welcoming. The suroundings are wonderful natural beauty and the walks in the tea fields are recommended as are the hot springs and fish feeding. Highly recommended with clean and comfortable rooms."

"去竹博園看國寶訂的這家桔子酒店，以前也住過其它地方的桔子，印象都非常好，這次選酒店的時候看到這家今年新開的桔子，果斷選了這家，酒店地理位置很好，周邊吃飯很方便，外賣也會有機器人送到房間，很安全，前台的所有工作人員和客房打掃的都很熱情，房間非常乾淨整潔，很棒，以後如果再來還是住這，也已經推薦給想來看國寶的朋友了"

"A hotel that's really suitable for families! There was a pond for children to feed swans and ducks - simply ask the reception for the feed. There was a lake where you could row boats. Some facilities are under renovation and should be available in coming months. Room - our room was located on top of the hill facing the tea hills. Splendid view! Our girl loved the balcony and the rattan lounger. The bath tub was huge. One down side is that there was no proper cover of the bathroom from the bedroom. Buggy was always available to ferry us to where we want to go. Service - the staff were all very professional, helpful and friendly. They offered to store our stroller without us asking! They offered us local born eggs at check-out! I'd love to accept them but it'd be difficult to bring on the plane. Breakfast - selection was alright. More Chinese than international. But alright with us. Location - it's always 30 mins away from the attractions - train station, bamboo museum, acdc deer park. I will definitely introduce the hotel to my friends who want to visit Anji!"

"選擇在國慶後前來，避開了一個高峯。酒店在一大片茶山中，自己便是一個有山有水有怪石的景區。高鐵站開通後很方便，路上衹要半小時不到。但是還是建議有條件自駕，酒店位置較偏打車不易。 望山樓是酒店的二期，設施很新，裝修風格現代大氣。房間都很大，而且雙床都是是1.5m寬，睡兩人完全沒問題，讓帶父母之行的房間選擇變得簡單和高性價比。管家是田田，屬於是非常周到和體貼了，為我們的三人免費申請了早飯和温泉票，最後一天的延遲退房，感覺這次的美好體驗離不開田田的悉心照顧。 早餐不算很豐富，但也有不少現做的特色，比如餈飯糰，油條春捲，和豆腐花推薦！ 游泳池沒去體驗，但確實是少有的標準池了，衹是可惜水深一般，最深處也衹有1.5m。温泉開了五個池，特色的是白茶池和紅酒池，不過希望水温可以有更多梯度。温泉館更衣室還有甩水機提供非常感人，女更衣室服務人員笑容可掬，非常客氣。 主樓有漢服體驗，住客一小時服裝免費，請攝影師跟拍送髮型，造型師小姐姐品味在線，髮型不是現成髮套，是用假髮片再一縷一縷捲起來做的髮髻，非常靈動好看。攝影師拍照很效率，雖然動作和拍照點是有些流水線吧，但是出片效果意外地不錯，能選出不少作品，剩下時間可以自己在酒店拍拍照片。 總體而言對三天兩夜的度假而言是不錯的體驗。"
