The receptionist was warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure was fast, the room was spacious and bright, and the sanitary facilities were novel and gave a modern feeling. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The only downside was that there was no place to hang wet towels in the bathroom. In general, it was very satisfactory.

The hotel is in the center of the city, although it is on the side of the road, it will not be noisy. The room is large, the bathing equipment is good, the hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the unexpected thing is that there is a small refrigerator in the room, and the service is very good. The front desk service was excellent and the young lady was very enthusiastic. The breakfast is quite rich, the fruit is very fresh, the restaurant is elegant and comfortable for breakfast. I will choose to stay at the Kemi Hotel again, and all conditions are better than other hotels.

The room is good and the front desk service is good. The breakfast room man is not polite and disrespectful to the guests. After the service staff swiped the room card, the man checked the card again and again and had a bad attitude! People entering and leaving the elevator (I don't know if it is a guest or a staff member) smoke! I don't know if it is a management problem or a quality problem for each person!

GGuest UserAs a local who works in a foreign country, I asked for leave to go home. There was no air conditioning at home. It was too hot to live in a hotel near my house. I didn't expect it to be a surprise. I continued to live day after day. It was clean and hygienic. The hotel staff was attentive and parking was free. Very close to the nearby food mall.
