A very satisfying stay experience. When we arrived at the hotel parking lot, we met the proprietress who was seeing off guests. She knew we were guests and greeted us very warmly, helped us carry our luggage, helped us plan our itinerary, and let us see the most beautiful red leaves. The hotel has complete facilities, large rooms, a small bridge in the courtyard, flowing water, fish swimming freely, and a rich breakfast. I would recommend her first to friends who go to Benxi.

Hygienic: As soon as I entered the lobby, it was clean, bright and fragrant, and the room was cleaned very clean. Environment: Although at the train station, there is no noisy sound when the windows are closed. Occasionally, the sound of the corridor is heard, but the guests are also very qualified and the sound is not big. Service: The front desk service is very good, the TV in the room can be watched normally, and the network is not stuck.

I stayed here for the convenience of seeing a doctor. I searched for hotels near the hospital and found this one to be more upscale, but I don’t recommend travelers who don’t drive themselves to live here. The reasons are as follows: 1. The address is remote. If you don't have a self-driving car, you can't get a taxi, and here are all black cars. (Even black cars are hard to hit) 2. In the school, although the environment is beautiful, it is very inconvenient to eat and buy things. It is a village with a radius of 10 kilometers. (If there is no requirement for food, you can eat the school cafeteria) 3. Breakfast is simple. 4. There are not many gyms. To play badminton, you only need to shoot and bring your own ball. (Who would bring badminton by himself when going out? Haha) Of course it is not useless: I stayed in a four-star hotel at this price. Fortunately, the environment in the hotel is good, the room facilities are very good, the bed and pillows are very good, my mother is not used to sleeping on the soft pillows and directly gave the buckwheat pillow.

This is second time to visit this hotel, mainly for the fact that it is one of the few better hotels in Benxi and the only one with a swimming pool. The pool is not big, but enough to swim a few laps up and down. The adjacent gym is available, but unfortunately, according to hotel policies guests can only use the gym or gym+pool at the same time and not at different times like early morning and late afternoon or evenings. So the gym is pretty much abandoned, nobody uses it. The changing room is cramp and not very clean. Hot water from the showers is acceptable. Perhaps the two ladies and guy at the counter can do more to maintain the changing rooms rather than sit down all day playing with their phones. The guy waiting at the pool area acting as ”lifeguard” for a 1.3-1.5m deep pool is not necessary at all. The room we booked was fine. Warm, spacious and clean. The interior is clearly showing its age and we saw scratches on the bathroom door from years of sliding in and out. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed for personal phones and tablets. The bathroom was surprisingly cramp, however the shower provided ample space. The restaurants and shops inside all looked closed inside the hotel so we visited a small shopping mall next door for food and groceries. For Benxi, it will be hard to find anything better because there aren't many options out there. This is why we'll probably come back again.

The location is great and the traffic is very convenient. Whether it is to go to various attractions in Benxi or find food, it is very convenient. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was warm and friendly and the check-in was efficient and fast. During the stay, any problems encountered can be solved in time, which makes people feel intimate. The hotel's room service is also very good, the room is clean and tidy, the items are neatly arranged, and there are sleeping tea bags, which can be enjoyed every day. Really great recommendation.

The deluxe double room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the water tank behind the toilet is a bit shaky. If any unlucky person encounters a broken water tank, I don’t know what to do. The water temperature for bathing during the day is not very high, and at night It would be better. The weird floor in the room looks like a carpet. The TV is a bit small. People with poor eyesight cannot see clearly when lying on the bed. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it still tastes good. I searched for a long time in the room and couldn't find the wireless network. Password, it is recommended to put a label and type out the wireless password, otherwise you have to call the front desk to ask for the password every time

The room is very clean, the decoration is warm and decent, and the heating is very good. It is kept at about 24 degrees in winter, which is very comfortable. The service in the hotel is warm, the restaurant can provide three meals a day, with a variety of food to choose from, there are many breakfast options, and there are surprises every day. It feels like you are used to living here, come on!

The hotel's facilities are very complete and rich. The breakfast and active laundry service have smart toilets. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The first impression is that it is clean and hygienic. The warm service is so good that I don’t want to leave. I recommend everyone to come.
