"必須誇一誇這裏的工作人員，每個人都特別友善，有問必答，服務態度真的沒得挑。當天我們下午2點多到達，因為房間還沒打掃好，前台主動為我們升級了房型，這個意外的安排讓我們非常滿意。
入住之後，感覺整體衞生做得挺乾淨，窗外的景色更是一流，視野開闊，讓人心曠神怡。
唯一美中不足的是，可能因為靠近江邊，房間通風效果不太理想。我們訂的兩間房都有一股沒完全曬乾的潮濕氣味。建議在打掃完畢後可以多開窗通風，或者適當使用香薰，相信這樣會讓入住體驗更加分，也更讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。"

"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. We had the family room that was very nice and our daughter loved it.
The room was clean and spacious with many amenities.
The breakfast was good with many different choices. And it was very convenient to park.

"I had a fantastic stay at City Center Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, though I wished for more hot options. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again”"

"在郴州的最後一晚，因為第二天早上要趕高鐵，所以找了一家離郴州西站比較近的酒店。晚上去裕後街走了一圈好熱鬧。離酒店也不太遠。
酒店前台辦理入住很快，回答也很利索。
房間也挺大的，也很舒服。
客房服務員的服務也很自然舒服。
自助早餐廳的服務也很人性化。
我遇到的這幾個員工感覺都是老員工。
唯獨就是早上9點多退房離店的時候酒店大堂好熱啊，感覺是空調沒打上來。"

"這次定的裕後街的民宿，必須來誇誇👍 房間空間大，佈置得簡潔又舒服，床品軟乎乎的，睡一覺太舒服了。
窗邊小茶桌很有感覺，泡杯茶看看窗外，能慢悠悠消磨時間🍵，屋裡投影、各種設施都齊全，住着方便。走廊還有書法裝飾，有點小文藝。

"The hotel is some 11km from the West railway station. There is a nice local park nearby, good for a morning walk. The counter staff seemed to understand very little English, and have difficulties checking my reservation, which was made under my name in English. Overall, the hotel is a nice one, good size room, comfortable bed, and good value for money."

行程基礎，酒店就不基礎。
在小東江的對岸住到了很有質感的酒店。想了半天到底應該用什麼樣的詞語去形容這個酒店，説是侘寂風，但是各種細節又很有人味很温暖。説是古風，但是房間裏的各種細節又體現出科技與現代。最後想到這個可能就是我們所追求的“質感”。
據説老闆早期做過老師，後來開科技公司實現財富自由，到了50多歲建了酒店，不用再在意世俗的眼光，按照自己的喜好來置景經營。
晚間在酒廊裏坐一坐，入口的是層次豐富的雞尾酒，入耳的優美的古箏演奏，入眼的是美麗的小姐姐。所有情緒上的褶皺在此刻被撫平，留下的是一顆穩定的內核。
不僅僅是食宿，連酒店的文化體驗課程都很用心，酒店還有自己的碼頭可以直達對岸的小東江遊客中心。乘坐竹筏時，江風拂面，讓人覺得，生活美好，生命可愛。

房間環境衞生還行，設計比較新穎，也有獨立的泡池…周邊配套比較少，晚上沒什麼夜生活，衹能泡温泉了♨️然後衹能提供一次温泉水喔…小童拖鞋、用品也沒有，礦泉水都衹有房間2瓶，不能續。🥹洗衣房設施也沒有…酒店包含的早餐是按房間人數提供的，一人一份，不是自助形式哈…
萌娃戲水樂園:其實就是門口2個充氣小玩具水池，比我家的還小😢
總的來説，有點小失望……配套不太行，如果沒有私家温泉池水一次服務，啥都不是……不如住在星級連鎖酒店，起碼服務到位。

MM277497****和老婆第一次來這上面玩，店家的整體佈局非常有設計感，衞生也乾淨整潔，服務周到，而且基本都是智能設備，中央空調，該有的都有。有獨立餐廳，有茶室，有棋牌室，有燒烤，有草坪，停車比較方便有自己的也有充電樁，可以考慮下次和朋友一起來搞團建活動！

FFritz7777This new hotel is very good value for money in the more quiet part of the city. The young ladies on the front desk were very friendly, helpful and patient with me as a foreigner. Same too for the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I appreciated the laundry service and the gym. A few restaurants catering for adventurous eaters and drinkers nearby. Interesting sights further towards the river a few blocks away.

Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

MMisafir KullanıcıStaff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions.
Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean.
We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

MMisafir KullanıcıI booked so called 2 “Suxian rooms” with courtyard views, but apparently assigned two regular rooms for three nights without rates adjustment. The rooms smelled smoke and the carpet is old. It would make it better if the air conditioning was turned on for the wet, humid and warm days, even in the late March - early April. It was hard to get a good sleep.
The food service was great. The hotel maids are very nice and helpful. We get help from them for laundry while being away touring. They even returned money found in the pocket!
I like the hotel for its name and location close to Mt. Suxianling and I hope that some good changes will happen in the future and make the stay of guests much more enjoyable.

AAnonim Kullanıcı住宿環境很好，房間比較寬敞，暖氣很足，不用怕冷到。比較讓我們驚喜的是民宿自帶的餐廳，飯很好吃，還吃到了特色的黑色餈粑。進入莽山的路有點繞，可以提前和前台説需要接送，會有車送進莽山，下山前聯繫前台來接（一定要提前聯繫好），因為路還是有一定的距離。民宿內無電梯，但是會有工作人員幫忙搬箱子，總體來説住的很舒服，吃的也很好，莽山風景也很不錯值得一去！！

KKenny K.Pros-No far from Chenzhou train station, two bus stops by public buses and walked about 350 metre to reach the hotel. We arrived at Chenzhou West High Speed Train station (which is far away from the city centre) from Guangzhou and there is regular public bus plying the route between the two train stations. So transportion in between is easy and cheap with two Yuan bus fare per person. If you do not have the bus apps for digital payment, prepared One dollar Chinese Yuan note or coins before hand to pay in cash.
Cons-No lift and registration for the stay may take longer for foreigners as the computer system is not updated for the latest Visa free countries.
