It is indeed a bit late to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm, but it is also true that the bananas given as gifts are black, so it is better to change to other fruits; 2. The hotel linens are not washed cleanly, and there are yellow ”small maps”. Fortunately, I brought the sheets with me this time, otherwise I would definitely check out.

The room was clean, carpeted, but no smell. Haikou is somewhat tidal this season. But this hotel is not trendy. You can rest assured, there is no smell Let me talk about it again, the hotel front desk. Very responsible and no delay in check-in and check-out. There is still efficiency. I didn't eat breakfast. I don't know if it tastes good.

I was shocked when a room service staff flung opened my door (my 2nd day)when I was changing to go out. My door was locked from inside, the Do not disturb was on but the staff opened the door without even warning. I was in my underwear, she, claimed she did not see the sign.. I was so shocked ,the door was locked from inside. I didnt know service staff could just opened Guest rooms at her own discretion, voice my displeasure to the Manager on my way out but she did get back to me after claiming her staff opened my door even though my Do not disturb was on, sbecause Guests sometimes press that button wrongly. I am really disappointed with their approach. The room service staff wasn't really apologetic and insisted she didn't see the Do not disturb sign! She should have made very sure before opening my door with her set of keys. Imagine the worst, if it was a couple in room and she just flung opened the door!

The hotel is not in the downtown area, but it is close to the airport. The room is large, well-equipped, complete with supplies, clean and tidy. The service lady is warm and thoughtful. The sofa bed for children in the parent-child room is safe and comfortable. There is also a swimming pool. It is a pity that this trip coincided with the cold wave in Hainan, but the air conditioning in the hotel room is very powerful and warm. In short, it is warm and comfortable.

We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling! Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel.

The experience was OK. The front desk upgraded our room type and said that this room type had just been replaced with a brand new mattress of Jinpan brand. The mattress was really comfortable! Worth the experience~

Although the hotel has been in business for many years, its quality is still very hardcore in terms of hardware facilities and overall planning. I saw the huge investment and exquisite construction at that time. I chose this hotel because I had to catch a flight early in the morning. I didn't have high expectations for it. The attentive front desk lady said that she had upgraded my room. The weather was very cold these two days. As soon as I entered the room, the heating was turned on and it was warm. The room is very large, with double sinks, a bathtub, and very comfortable bedding. I am really satisfied. The flight was at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel actually arranged a Mercedes-Benz to take me to the airport for free. This treatment really shows that the hotel really pampers its guests.
