The best hotel in Heihe has an excellent location, backed by Heilongjiang and across the river from Russia. It is far away from the hustle and bustle. It is located in an open garden building complex. The main building is a hotel and restaurant, and entertainment and conference facilities are in other buildings. The hotel is in European style, with magnificent decoration, quick check-in, and spacious and comfortable rooms. I especially like the color scheme of the furniture, bedding, background walls, and carpets. The brown, white, and accent red pillows are elegant and atmospheric. Especially the night view of the river view king bed room is great: as a Northeastern person, sleeping with the Heilongjiang River on my pillow is a rare experience that makes me reluctant to sleep. The hotel service is also very considerate. They gave us moon cakes and milk during the Mid-Autumn Festival, which was a light gift but a heavy touch. The beautiful and handsome guys at the front desk have a very good service attitude. They take the trouble to help check in and call a taxi. The breakfast was also very delicious. We arrived late and it was almost time to finish the meal. The waiter and chef reminded us several times to pick up the meal. The aunt who made the pastry was very kind and even helped make porridge after the meal was collected. You can also try the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I booked three room types and stayed in the family room. The location is very good. There is the morning market downstairs. You can't hear any sound at all when you stay on the other side. It's very quiet. It's quite close to the Russian Commodity Street, about five or six minutes' drive. 15 minutes walk from the city center. Getting to the parking space late requires testing your driving skills. There is a spot at the front entrance of the hotel, but there is a morning market every morning. The car cannot move and needs to park on the side. The service attitude at the front desk is quite nice. I would like to highlight the restaurant on the first floor. It is large in quantity, cheap and delicious! Wall crack recommended!

The parking lot management is not good, and there are too many external vehicles, which makes parking difficult for in-house guests. The facilities are old, the bathroom is watery, and it needs to be checked and repaired. 2 rooms were booked on the 10th floor, one did not have a refrigerator, the shower faucet was sprayed randomly, and the water was not smooth.

Despite the fact that the room was “smoking” there was no unpleasant smell. The service is excellent, the staff at the reception is friendly. Towels and bed linen were changed in the room.
