"I found this hotel by chance while walking around and it looked promising, the lobby is stylish and cute and the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with a giant bed and nice design details. I only stayed one day but if you're in Jinzhou for work or sightseeing I highly recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel situated near to shopping mall. Staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful. Room was very clean and very well equipped. Beds nice and comfy and lots of extras included: water in fridge, tea, coffee, toothbrushes, comb, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Breakfast had lots of choice and again staff were lovely. Would definitely stop here again when visiting jinzhou. Highly recommend 👌"

"We stayed at Hilton for most of our stay in China this time. The only bad comment that I have and there's no solution to is the room is over 30 degrees. We stayed with 2 young child and notice the front desk of how hot the rooms are and was told before they turned the AC off and was given a fan. The fan is useless and very loud so it doesn't make the situation better. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton issue or all the hotels in jinzhou. Was just at the Hilton in Beijing/ zhuhai/ wanning and didn't have that problem."

"When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning."

"This was a luxurious hotel, especially for the price point. The room was very comfortable, nice linens, a wonderful modern shower and immaculately clean and fresh (no trace of cigarette smoke). We booked two beds which were large enough for our family of four to be comfortable. We had a nice desk and big, operable windows, instant hot water, daily deliveries of cut fruit and an AI room assistant to manage all functions including closing the curtains and keeping our kids entertained (when addressed in Mandarin). Note: Make sure to review the room before planning to share with a colleague or to entertain guests - the bathroom in our room was lovely but offered limited privacy. All the staff was incredibly attentive and very friendly, all parts of the hotel are very sleek and new and are beautifully maintained. Little delivery robots bring food to your room if you order out and there is good security. I believe breakfast is offered in the lobby, but we discovered a great little local place right across the street with all the traditional staples: 鲜族牛肉汤饭. There's a fun kids park a couple blocks away with some little rides, a bounce castle and a huge sandbox filled with some kind of Chinese grain instead of sand tucked away behind the trampolines (10 RMB per activity, most relaxing morning of the trip) and good people watching with exercise dancing, etc. I'd choose this brand and location again, for a visit with the whole family or a romantic getaway with my partner. Five stars."

"説實話還不錯，酒店的位置很好，就在凌和夜市的旁邊，出門右轉50米就到。背靠錦州百貨大樓應該算是核心地段，到哪哪去打車都很便宜。更難得是晚上還很安靜。好像是個很老的酒店了，但是25年剛新裝修，這次過去住肯定是又新又乾淨。老闆人很不錯，熱情又熱心 如果下次還去 我應該還會住"
