I found that the staff was hiding in the corner squatting on the ground and making their own private phone calls, ignoring the existence of the guests. Third, when registering at the main desk, there were clearly 2 windows for registration, and the 2 staff were crowded together, ignoring the existence of other individual guests. When other registered guests impatiently questioned, the staff slowly asked us to line up at another window to check in, and the work efficiency was also very low. I don’t know if it was caused by unskilled business. Fourth, when we bumped into the housekeeping staff on the floor, no one took the initiative to greet the guests. As a high-star, high-end hotel, the hardware conditions are so good, but the software and management should be improved!
