"算是老住户了，一直對他家評價不錯。
這次入住前，照例交了100按金（這年頭，要交按金的酒店已經不多了）。
退房去高鐵站路上發現按金原路退回，但少了15元。即打電話給陌園前台，前台説查房少了“計生用品”。
我一下子火就大了——之前哪個客人入住用了，你們沒查到，招呼都不打，直接扣我錢？
前台還不依不饒：你用了東西，我們就可以直接扣錢…巴拉巴拉！
你們有沒有搞錯，按金在你這兒，但按金主權是住户的，你要扣錢總得和住户確認下吧？
讓她去調走廊監控，看我入住期間，有沒有訪客。還是我吃飽了撐的自己吹氣球玩了。掛電話。
一會來電，要加我微信，被扣的錢還我。
也沒個道歉，也不知道他們怎麼平賬。"

YYaowangcangqiong0304人生第一次來到河南，在漯河西站下了車後，入住了車站對面的輕雅酒店，我們入住的是321房間，現在來説一下入住體驗。
服務：辦理入住的時候，前台操作熟練，並且我們問的問題也能夠準確地回答。同時還有一個亮點之處，就是辦理入住的時候，前台給每位住客都送了一根雪糕（圖7），這在我入住的其他酒店裡麪都是沒有的，這點必須好評。還有就是，前台細節方面處理的真的很好。由於我們是三個人住一間房，人比較多，所以前台辦理入住的時候，額外多給了我們一張房卡，這個也是我沒有想到的，真的很細心。由於我們住了兩天，所以需求也會比較大。這期間，聯繫前台加送拖鞋，前台也是第一時間聯繫房掃阿姨幫忙送來。另外就是，房掃阿姨掃房也很認真負責，幫我們清理了垃圾桶裏麪的垃圾，補充了牙具。整體下來，感覺這家酒店的服務方面還是不錯的，希望能夠繼續保持下去。可能唯一的一點就是，在辦理入住和退房的時候，前台都是衹有一位工作人員。感覺前台的面積應該是兩個人的位置，所以這在一定程度上會降低效率。我們辦理入住的時候，由於前面還有客人，所以等待的時間比較長，其他的都很好。
環境：酒店位於漯河西站對面，出站之後過個馬路就是。酒店後身就是萬達廣場，步行不到5分鐘就到了。酒店周圍還有一些吃飯的地方，整體來説還是很便利的，能夠滿足正常的需求。而且漯河西站這邊應該不算是漯河市的主城區吧，所以還是挺安靜的。至於酒店內部的環境，也是讓人放心和滿意。大堂整潔明亮，很乾凈，給人一種温馨的感覺。客房走廊鋪上了地毯。我們住的是豪華雙床房，這個房型，房間內部空間不小，完全不感覺壓抑和逼仄。如果非要説小問題的話，那就是，房間內部的燈光有些暗，其他的真的都做的非常好。
設施：之前入住的一些酒店，我都會對設施方面感覺有些遺憾，因為有些酒店的設施問題真的挺大的。但這次輕雅酒店的設施方面給我的感覺就是，完全超出預期。
首先，房間內部配備了消防面具和手電筒（圖8），這讓我們的安全多了一份保障。
房間熱水上水的速度也很快，wifi信號也很好，看視頻或是玩遊戲的時候，都沒有任何卡頓。
還有就是，房間的床也挺舒適的，感覺床墊的包裹感挺強的，躺在床上都不想下床了。
最後就是，房間空調的製冷效果真的是很好。房間是中央空調，我住的其他一些配有中央空調的酒店，製冷效果普遍都不理想，但是這家酒店不是。打開製冷之後，基本上在一分鐘之內，房間温度就下來了，真的很給力。
但是還有一些小問題，我覺得還是可以繼續加強和改進一下。
首先就是，我們入住的321房間，衞生間馬桶圈鬆動（視頻1）。
還有，321房間靠近窗户那一側的床頭燈忽明忽暗的，可能是電壓不穩定了吧（視頻2）。
第三點就是，321房間的吹風機，電線有裸露的現象，同時可能是連接處鬆動了，導致吹風機無法直立（視頻3）。
小問題就這三點，還是希望酒店能夠對321房間的這兩處設施問題進行一下排查和維修。
衞生：我對於酒店的衞生方面一向都很關注。這次我們入住的321房間，衞生方面給了我挺大的驚喜，整體來説都很好。但可能唯一的問題就是，321房間的牆壁上有一衹死蚊子，不過這個是在快靠近天花板的位置了，不仔細看還真看不出來。除了這點之外，其他的地方，都挺滿足的。
整體來説，這次入住，體驗其實是超預期的。因為在找酒店的時候，發現這家就在高鐵站對面，但是價格卻始終很便宜、很實惠。一開始覺得這麼便宜的價格會不會踩雷，但是實際體驗下來，真的讓人放心和滿意。輕雅酒店的質量並沒有因為價格便宜而降低。反正我個人認為，不到150的價格能在高鐵站對面住到這樣的酒店，性價比真的很高了。我們住的還是偏貴的房型，而最便宜的房型衹要100多一點點，所以真的很不容易了。也可以看出酒店真的是在為客人考慮，真的是在用心經營。真心希望酒店能夠保持住現在如此高的性價比，把優質的服務繼續保持下去。如果以後還有機會來漯河、還有機會在漯河西站下車，那麼我一定還會首先考慮這家的。希望酒店能夠越來越好。

MM359621****在君子瀾酒店住了兩天，體驗感很棒。
酒店位置很好，周圍有很多餐館，步行十分鐘左右就可以到南街村景區，如果覺得步行累，也可以選擇騎共享電動車在景區內外逛。
前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很nice，熱情禮貌而且很有人情味，諮詢時專業程度是一線城市五星級前台水平。
房間乾淨整潔，設施完善。
收拾房間的阿姨也很和善熱情。

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. MM317900****服務還不錯，房間也挺乾淨的，整體氛圍不錯。大家都挺高興的，而且這次旅行整體環境呀，住宿呀，餐飲啊都非常滿意，是個值得旅遊臨時居住的好地方。

缺點:出差到的比較晚需要打印資料，入住前已確認可以打印，結果到前台時告知電腦內存已滿無法打印，太晚周邊打印都已關閉。希望可以改進吧，這樣入住體驗感會更好

AAnonim Kullanıcı這家小賓館住得挺舒心！老闆人特別實在，一進門就熱情打招呼，有啥需求都儘量滿足。房間雖不大但收拾得乾乾淨淨，床單被罩看着就清爽，空調、熱水這些設施都好用。價格也實惠，比同地段其他地兒划算不少。出門在外圖個方便省心，這兒真挺合適，下次來還住這兒！
