"We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return.."

"房間很大，性價比高，設施齊全，衞生間洗浴間隔開，佈局合理，古色古香的，窗外就是繁華市區和大道，位置優越，就在萬達廣場和永輝超市旁邊，吃飯購物都非常方便快捷，節假日房價也沒有高太多，着實不易。早餐自助，花樣豐富，都是基本品種，麪條水果都有，能吃飽吃好。不足之處是總枱服務不太到位，感覺有些傲氣，客人不問不答，為了能有兩張房卡還得再次去前台找。"

"地理位置絕佳，在太倉市中心，離太倉市博物館圖書館很近，對面還有一座很大的綠化很好的市民文化公園，萬達廣場也近在咫尺。如果想遊覽的景點主要在市中心那是極其方便。大床房不錯，比較方正的佈局，沙發可坐可躺。早餐雖品種不少但口味比較普通。"

"Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!"

"Very good! The staff do not speak English but very helpful, the room is clean and with a nice modern style, located in a quiet area, near KFC, convenient store and Starbucks. The laundry room is completely free and available. The breakfast was awesome"
