The service attitude is good, and the single room is big enough and the bed is big enough for three people. The bathroom is really the largest bathroom in the many hotels in Taiwan. But the hotel is a bit biased, there is nothing nearby, but it will be relatively quiet, overall it's okay

The location is close to Gao 1, and it is convenient to go to the peach machine! There are many choices for eating nearby. It is a very lively location. The only downside is that I hope that the big bath towels are not clean enough, and the indoor slippers have some disinfection and cleaning problems. Pillows are too flat

The service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay, any requests or inquiries were handled promptly and professionally. The concierge was particularly helpful in arranging activities and providing local recommendations.

The hotel location is very good, 2 minutes walk to SOGO department store, 7 or 8 minutes walk to the tourist night market, breakfast is average, the variety is too small, and almost the same every day.

Check in process was fast. However, the hotel staff told me they almost cancelled my room because i didn’t check in on time. Story short was, my first booking was from 26th to 28th Dec, but because of the red eye flight, i wanted to catch some rest before exploring the city. After reaching out to the hotel via trip, i was advised to cancel my booking and rebook with 25th dec so that the room will be readily available to me upon reaching the hotel. I did what i was advised and still the counter staff made the remark of “cancelling” my booking because i didn’t check in on time. Room was a little shabby especially the toilet, looks very old, definitely needs some upgrading.

I came here to rest the night before my flight. It's not expensive and is very close to the MRT station. The room is decent, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good. There are many options to choose from, and it's great value for money!

The hotel is located within the Airport. It is next MRT station after Terminal 2. It has a good facility with a gym, sauna and swimming pool. The issue is there is not many food choices around the hotel. The online food delivery will not deliver to here. You have only a hotel restaurant to choose from. I ordered in-room dining. The beef noodle cost $500 plus. The beef is so hard that I can hardly chew. Suggest to take the MRT to Terminal 2. There are a lot more choices and the food is so much cheaper.
