"Absolutely loved JJ Coffeetel in Turpan. First and foremost, a huge kudos to the front staffers, especially Mustafa! He not only responded to our unusual requests but kindly showed us around the neighborhood. Along with other staffers, he also helped us get some items we’d been looking for from a local merchant. Our room had a nice view and the breakfast was a critical energy booster every morning. I guess there’d be a limit to this service depending on the season but they also helped us coordinate our one-day tour to Huoyanshan and the two old citadels. Thank you again for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We will be back!"

"Excellent facilities, service and breakfast. One thing to note is the hotel's air-conditioning is centralised, so it stays at 23°C and it got rather hot at night (25°C), and we weren't able to change the setting in the room even though it has a control unit on the wall. Another to note is that this hotel advertises that it provides pick up and drop off service to the train station, however this might need to be changed or removed because when queried, we were told their transport isn't able to enter the train station. No worries though as the hotel is walking distance from the train station, and they offered to send someone to help with our bags if necessary. Otherwise the staff were all friendly and we had a good stay."

"Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel."

"Location is very good, there is a Marrybrown fast food next door, taste is very good, must go try out. Near by got a walking street “journey to the west culture”, there is a time square near by too. Breakfast is simple. Room size is good. Overall with the price, we are happy with it."

"Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended."

"帶着6歲兒子第一次去吐魯番，因為衹是路過順變玩一下，所以就住了一晚，自己有潔癖，所以找了新開的酒店，非常不錯的入住體驗，一家三口住家庭房太方便了，兩張床一大一小，小床也能睡兩人，都能休息好，還有獨立的客廳，環境好，採光也不錯，乾淨衞生，早餐也很好吃，兒子説下次還要來這個酒店住。"

"Huge room with balcony and good air conditioning for warm / cold. You got everything in the room you need, even a couch. Very comfy beds! You can use washing machine for free, just no place to dry it. Friendly and helpful staff :)"

"一次超預期的酒店預訂，本次和朋友來吐魯番這邊來旅遊，最終選擇了這邊的這個格林豪泰酒店，我一般很少給酒店做評論，但是我這次要給這個酒店從服務衞生設施環境這四個方面做評論，服務上面我要提及前台的這個戴眼鏡的小姑娘，服務太好了，一個字好，兩個字很好，三個字太好了，四個字非常好，讓我有了一種賓客如歸的感覺，其次，在衞生上面，酒店的細節，衞生打掃的很到位，床品更換的很乾凈，我平時比較討厭酒店這個床單上的毛髮，但是這家酒店經過我的細緻觀察，沒有任何一個頭發，這讓我很滿意，很滿意，再從酒店的這個設施上面，也讓我很滿意。房間有空調，這個冷熱水也相對比較好，其次，整體的這個位置也相對比較的方便，師範旅遊幹啥都挺方便的"

"The Hotel has just been refurbished and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. A little off the Main Street but it’s only a short walk (or taxi if you hit). Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was simple but good."
