"The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms."

"In need of a refurb. Once more - air conditioner was not individualized to the room, but a single 25 degrees for the entire hotel. Luckily the window could be opened. In its day I am sure it was grand - but she is getting a little tired and dated. Breakfast was solid 7 out of 10."

"忙完事情回來發現“好像打掃”過的房間衞生間門下有一撮頭髮（不是我的我染燙），新拆開的拖鞋上有深色襪子穿過的絨毛，房間裏的洗備也沒有給加新的太晚了就衹能將就。早餐有胖東來的網紅大月餅很驚喜，餐食也有地方特色，離店有送小禮物，前台有貼心的關於胖東來的提示簡介，這些都還挺暖的，就是衞生真的…"

"Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"
