"The hotel bed is good and firm. The view from the hotel room towards the temple opposite at night is very impressive. Service staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very homely. The location is next to Wanda mall. The only downside is that traffic is very jam during peak hours around that area"

"We decided on this hotel at the last minute due to the other positive reviews. We were not disappointed! The hotel is perfectly situated within pleasant walking distance to the memorial hall, Wangjiaping revolutionary site and the Yangjialing revolutionary site. It is well connected to major bus routes and is extremely convenient. The hotel its self feels modern and is tastefully designed. Our room was clean, and we really enjoyed the overly spacious Kang bed and the large shower. Facilities such as free washing equipment, umbrellas, ice creams, and cold teas on offer to guests were lovely touches and muchly appreciated for those on the road. I also really enjoyed the revolutionary decorations and art throughout the property. The staff were also extremely polite and attentive. As I am only just beginning to learn Chinese, sometimes it can be interesting to navigate the process with limited language abilities. However, we were relived to find that Crystal spoke excellent English and was able to help us with everything during our stay. In particular, she helped us get some dinner at a local restaurant, which ended up being a very memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for any foreign guests wanting to experience the history and significance of Yan'an."

"設施：停車場很大！一進前台就覺得很大氣！房間設施也夠新，雖然是文旅管轄的，但是像是才更新過的。尤其是衞生間的那塊玻璃，盡然是電子膜的。用遙控器操作，比較好玩！ 衞生：每天10點前服務員會早早地就打掃完，由於幫我整理了化粧品，還給我留言了！很暖心！ 服務：服務人員都很有禮貌！衹是前台再辦理入住時剛開始沒有按照我備註的把兩間房放一層，説房滿了，不能調。直到我説下單時備註過，一個標間和一個大床放一個樓層，為了方便照顧長者。又説查了一下，才給我説在一層。也不知道是我們辦理入住晚了？再晚不至於不管備註吧！還是要多關注顧客定房時的備註訊息！ 早餐好，各種小吃都有，最喜歡洋芋擦擦和小米鏡糕，超好吃！ 位置很好，離二道街夜市很近，但是沒什麼吃的！"

"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

"很少寫點評，這次必須寫 酒店在新區，要體驗陝北的特點。肯定要選這 先説説大環境，非常陝北。性價比超高 且離景區楊家坪非常近 開車十分鐘！ 開車到市區也3公里 左右，方便，酒店前台有電瓶車把客人送到窯洞（房間）門口， 最高是7層，我們選擇6層 一定選擇炕，才有體驗感，炕能妥妥睡3到4人，我們是2人，非常舒服。 到達當天延安下雨🌧️降温，最低一度 給前台説找個取暖的吧…… 等我下午回到房間，取暖器有了 ，小竇同學還把電暖氣的開關打開，房間不但屋裡温度暖和 心裏更暖，好細節🤏贊贊贊 前台💁♀️小姐姐那個態度主打領家姐姐，親和…… 去體驗把，覺對超值。"

"這次來旅遊，特意選了這家酒店，從入住到離開全程都充滿驚喜，必須給滿分好評！首先誇誇前台服務，下午到店時人有點多，但工作人員全程微笑接待，耐心幫我們辦理入住，還主動詢問是否需要升級高樓層商務大床房，詳細介紹了酒店內餐廳、健身房的開放時間，甚至貼心推薦了附近的景點和本地美食，讓人一進門就感覺特別温暖。房間更是超出預期，推開房門就被乾淨整潔的環境驚艷到，床品柔軟舒適，躺下像陷進雲朵裏，連枕頭都有不同軟硬度可選，對睡眠淺的人太友好了！衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，洗漱用品是知名品牌，香味清新不刺鼻，還貼心準備了小童拖鞋，細節滿滿，餐飲方面也沒讓人失望，早餐種類豐富到挑花眼，中式的粥品、包子，西式的麪包、還有現做的麪條和米線，食材新鮮，味道正宗，連小朋友都吃得津津有味。性價比超高。最後要提的是清潔服務，每天出門回來，房間都收拾得整整齊齊，臟衣服被疊好放在床邊，退房時工作人員還主動幫忙搬行李，詢問入住體驗，贈送了伴手禮。總之，這是一次毫無槽點的入住體驗，無論是服務、環境還是餐飲都無可挑剔，已經推薦給身邊要去旅遊的朋友，下次再來這座城市，一定還選這家酒店！"

"Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable."
