"酒店地理位置便捷，房間較小，基本設施完善。入住三天服務人員都比較熱情。唯獨19日晚間22:15房間馬桶突然堵塞，此安保人員上樓查看後，衹按了沖水按鈕，轉身直接離開，不跟客人有任何交流。看着馬桶依舊堵着，衹能去把已經走到走廊盡頭的他再叫回來，隨後問他有沒有抽水泵也無任何迴應。一番亂操作後地上一片狼籍，給了我兩塊浴巾叫我將就着，最後馬桶根本沒水抽了，無法使用。與前台交涉，才讓我晚上11點帶着孩子搬到另一間住。此員工無基本禮貌規範，無正常職業操守，消極怠工情緒嚴重。"

"This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay."

"不好的體驗： 1:本來 14點可以半入住的我17點來還説衞生還沒做好、説的感覺像我自己的錯一樣，讓我做那等着，一杯水都沒有（沒辦法便宜的有便宜的理由） 2:酒店沒有電梯 3: 前面的客户水瓶沒喝完沒有換 4:毛巾也忘了給，給前台打電話一聲道歉都沒有 新開的店需要大大改善，特別服務態度"

"Good value. Very central. Strong WiFi. Large room with kettle in room. I was able to take my bicycle to my room, which is always good. The staff were helpful."

"All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving"
