I visited this hotel three times in the year 2023 and always felt like a queen. Starting with welcoming, very friendly, polite and helpful reception staff, through the clean and comfortable room to the rich breakfast everything was perfect. I always tend to try different hotels when coming repeatedly to the same place but after a first stay in Zlaty Lev Liberec became an exception and I always book this hotel and will keep on doing it.

The stay was absolutely great, check-in was quick, the room was beautiful, the cleaning service during the stay was top notch. The minibar has a great selection and reasonable prices for a hotel. The breakfast was excellent with big selection. But what was a big problem are the TVs in the room. I would not expect a hotel in this price category to have an old TV in the room with only German and 5 Czech channels without the possibility of connecting a phone. I was even more surprised by the receptionist answer that even the highest categories have the same TV, which cost 120+ euro. I would still recommend the hotel, one doesn't just travel to watch TV, but I would like to watch something after long trip to Jested.

The apartment was great, especially in relation to the low price. Large, very comfortable bed, practical kitchen, good location. Really good hotel standard. Near the center, but beneath the top, also here a warning for people with poor condition.
The only thing that's tragic is the way to check in. I had to enter 6 digital codes on the device that I didn't get. The service provided some, but it didn't work. It ended up having to go 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card. Fortunately, I was traveling by car... we read about this problem before... and it seems strange that the problem has not been fixed for a long time.

I spent one night at this hotel. The hotel was located on the fifth floor of a commercial building. When I got there, the large entrance hall was completely empty. It confused me a bit. Then I found out that I have to take the elevator to the hotel. The lower floors of the building housed offices and doctors' surgeries. My room was small but cozy. There was a terrace that was as big as the room. The bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear all the noise from the corridor and also the TV on in the next room. Fortunately, it was quiet at night here. No one was walking in the hallway or had the TV on loud. The breakfast was excellent. It was possible to sit inside or on the terrace. Check in and check out was quick. The staff were nice and helpful.

GGuest UserI spent one night at this hotel. The hotel was located on the fifth floor of a commercial building. When I got there, the large entrance hall was completely empty. It confused me a bit. Then I found out that I have to take the elevator to the hotel. The lower floors of the building housed offices and doctors' surgeries. My room was small but cozy. There was a terrace that was as big as the room. The bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear all the noise from the corridor and also the TV on in the next room. Fortunately, it was quiet at night here. No one was walking in the hallway or had the TV on loud. The breakfast was excellent. It was possible to sit inside or on the terrace. Check in and check out was quick. The staff were nice and helpful.

Although there is small space for breakfast, we wait a little and staff immedietly offered help when there was a free table. For the problems that they can not solve they offer part of the money back. We were really satisfied and recomend!

GGuest UserThe stay was absolutely great, check-in was quick, the room was beautiful, the cleaning service during the stay was top notch. The minibar has a great selection and reasonable prices for a hotel. The breakfast was excellent with big selection. But what was a big problem are the TVs in the room. I would not expect a hotel in this price category to have an old TV in the room with only German and 5 Czech channels without the possibility of connecting a phone. I was even more surprised by the receptionist answer that even the highest categories have the same TV, which cost 120+ euro. I would still recommend the hotel, one doesn't just travel to watch TV, but I would like to watch something after long trip to Jested.

GGuest UserI visited this hotel three times in the year 2023 and always felt like a queen. Starting with welcoming, very friendly, polite and helpful reception staff, through the clean and comfortable room to the rich breakfast everything was perfect. I always tend to try different hotels when coming repeatedly to the same place but after a first stay in Zlaty Lev Liberec became an exception and I always book this hotel and will keep on doing it.

GGuest UserThe apartment was great, especially in relation to the low price. Large, very comfortable bed, practical kitchen, good location. Really good hotel standard. Near the center, but beneath the top, also here a warning for people with poor condition.
The only thing that's tragic is the way to check in. I had to enter 6 digital codes on the device that I didn't get. The service provided some, but it didn't work. It ended up having to go 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card. Fortunately, I was traveling by car... we read about this problem before... and it seems strange that the problem has not been fixed for a long time.
