Attendorn Konaklamanızı Bulun

Um uns ein paar Tage Ende April mit Freunden aus Bayern treffen zu können, haben wir Anfang Februar 2024 beschlossen, im ”Hanse-Hotel” in Attendorn Ende April 2024 ein Arrangement mit HP zu buchen, da das Hotel direkt gegenüber - fußläufig- der ”Atta-Höhle” liegt. Bereits während des 1. Telefonates/ Buchung mit Herrn Georgios Stagkopoulos waren wir mehr als angenehm überrascht, wie freundlich und serviceorientiert der Mitarbeiter war. Einer Änderung wenige Tage später mit einer Verkürzung des Aufenthaltes wurde ohne Beanstandung extrem freundlich entsprochen. Es wurde auch nur um eine kleine Anzahlung für das nicht stornierbare Arrangement gebeten. Aufgrund eines Unfalles mit gebrochenem Ellenbogens etc. exakt am Nachmittag vor der geplanten Anreise, mussten wir noch aus dem Krankenhaus heraus das Hotel kontaktieren. An der Rezeption erreichten wir die freundliche Vorgesetzte (Name?) von Herrn Stagkopoulos. Welch' eine weitere nette Erfahrung: uns wurde kulanterweise angeboten, zu einem späteren Termin - am 23. Juli 2024 anzureisen. Sprachlos, gerührt und dankbar waren wir, als wir am 20. Juli 2024 aufgrund einer weiteren ernsthaften Erkrankung erneut das Hotel kontaktieren mussten, um abzusagen: Herr Stagkopoulos bot uns an, mit der Vorgesetzten zu sprechen, ob wir in diesem Fall ausnahmsweise noch einmal verschieben könnten. Was für ein unglaublicher Service! Nochmals ganz lieben Dank das äußerst serviceorientierte Team an der Rezeption: und ganz besonders an Herrn Stagkopoulos👍. Leider haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes Herrn Stagkopoulos nicht persönlich kennen lernen dürfen. Dafür eine sehr freundliche und (erfahrende) Auszubildende des Hotels und ihre ebenso nette Vorgesetzte. Bei unserer Ankunft am Hotel wussten wir sofort - trotz des weniger schönen Wetters für ein paar Stunden- dass wir eine sehr gute Wahl mit dem ”Hanse-Hotel” getroffen hatten. Das architektonisch schön durchdachte Hotel, gebaut in 2013 aber relativ frisch renoviert, verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel, die teilweise überdacht sind. Ein Stell-Platz in der kleinen Tiefgarage kann für Euro 8,--? angemietet werden. Da wir einen der überdachten, kostenlosen Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände nutzen konnten, haben wir darauf verzichtet, dafür aber unsere E-Bikes in der Tiefgarage (kostenfrei) unterbringen können. Allerdings gibt es ganz wenige Möglichkeiten -aussen- vor der im Untergeschoß gelegenen Bowling-Bahn- die Räder anzuschließen. Aus der Tiefgarage fährt man bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl in die gewünschten Etagen. In der oberen Etage befindet sich eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Bar, Tischen, Stühlen und sogar schönen Liegen - Blick auch auf die ”Attahöhle”, ein relativ neues, auch architektonisch anders als üblich schönes Kino sowie ein Supermarkt einer bekannten Kette. A great city centre from outside, a 90s disaster from inside. The staff was friendly and effortless, but for a house with this classification nothing was fit except the outer appearance. The comfort room should cost 144 euros with breakfast. Yes a castle is old and if restored furniture had been used in the last century, then it would have been a great event time. Unfortunately it was different. Old and unpleasant. After that we asked for an upgrade and it would propose to us a room for 220 euros. Until it was finished for the reference we went to drink coffee. We stayed in the castle cafe on the terrace and wondered that there was no one here except us in the coffee on a beautiful Saturday. Can happen who knows. Then we fell into the expensive room and we almost fell, but larger but equal style that doesn't fit to a well-renoved facility, and again dirty and unpleasant. We thought 5 minutes and then decided to leave. No matter the price of the more offers would have to be than unrenovated 90 style, we didn't feel well. We can't say anything about the restaurant and breakfast, but our personal opinions did not expect anything good for food and drink, but that is only our assessment and no experience. We have been sleeping well and pleasant at home and perhaps the burglar will use the money held from EUR 144 for the first renovation work then it would not be completely lost.

We went to Steinbergs for dinner with the family on my brother's 50th birthday. The food was, as usual, very good: delicious rump steak with a mountain of onions, top-quality game stew with dumplings and red cabbage, the Sauerland pan with schnitzel, fried potatoes, vegetables and fried egg so big that it was almost impossible to finish. It was easy to swap potato side dishes. There was also a mixed fresh side salad with a delicious dressing. As the restaurant is usually fully booked, we made a reservation early. A table for 5.30 p.m. was actually too early for us; the alternative at 8 p.m. was much too late, so we chose the earlier table time. Unfortunately, we were given a very uncomfortable seat in the pub directly opposite the bar. It was loud and hectic there because of the bar business. At the big table next to us sat a group of motorcyclists first; then another large group later. I always think it's a shame when you have to leave the restaurant by 7.40 p.m. at the latest; Because of the noisy place, it didn't bother me this time. We spent the rest of the evening at home in a much quieter way. Next time I'll ask for a quiet table when I reserve. We always like to go to Steinbergs because of the delicious food. The price-performance ratio is still good here. We miss the potato pancake evenings that used to be offered!
