In the double room, of course, despite the huge surface available in the suite; this is not invented. We had booked a night to be stayed and fed after 500 km of motorway. The guardian actively welcomed this evening then told us that the rest was closed and there were different hostels nearby. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. Price performance is OK and the rooms are more than sufficient since I am sown in the room. Die Lage und das Angebot des Hotels ist perfekt und als zwischen Übernachtung genau richtig. Es liegt nicht unweit der Autobahn A7 direkt in der Stadt .Zu Fuß gleich im Zentrum . Dieses Hotel hat ein schönes Ambiente freundliche Farben ,die Zimmer scheinen doch etwas älter zu sein aber sind in Ordnung und sauber, nur die Kopfkissen waren nicht so gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und Hilfsbereit und können mit Reklamationen gut umgehen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr Umfangreich und gut. Kaffee teils aus dem Automaten teils frisch aber dieser ist dann nicht ganz heiß mehr sondern eher lauwarm. Das Restaurant bietet einige Speisen an die ganz gut waren , leider ist das Personal meiner Meinung nach am Wochenende etwas überfordert und der Koch auch so das 2 Zutaten fehlten???

It is positive that I have been sleeping quite well although I received the room rather than unpleasant. In addition, the staff is very friendly. I received a strong plastic smell in the room that probably came from the closed plastic hangs. It was fortunately warm enough and not too warm to leave the window open. The bathroom was very generous, but it had to be at the roofs. In the hall on the wall that is bordered with the shower, the tape is well and partially dissolved. The reviews of the colleagues were mixed, if necessary there are also more pleasant rooms here. It wasn't my and I won't come again.

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.
