"Great location in the heart of the old town. Quiet and bed is comfy. Breakfast is great and staff is attentive."

"Great location, almost within sight of the train station with a mall and abundant dinning options nearby. To the other direction are the sites you came to see in Dresden, close. The room is very modern, comfortable, and equipped with essentials like coffee. Downstairs is a comfortable bar and breakfast area - loaded with dozens of people during my visit. The staff were friedly if busy. Great price on the room and breakfast - which was great."

"Schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und auch qualitativ sehr sehr gut. Der Spa- und Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, auch für kleine Kinder ist der kleinere Pool ideal zum planschen da hier die Wassertemperatur angenehm ist."

"The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries."

"Bardzo fajny hotel nieco poza centrum, dzięki czemu bez problemu zaparkujemy samochód (na płatnym parkingu hotelowym lub bezpłatnie przy okolicznych ulicach). Smaczne śniadania. Brakuje właściwie jedynie ekspresu do kawy, kawa dostępna w termosach, ale to częsty standard w hotelach w Niemczech."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Zimmer sind sauber und grosszügig. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Mitarbeiter aufmerksam und freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"Don’t park your car in their garage. The car lift was broken and we could not get our car in time to get to the airport. Good service of the hotel helped us to get another rental car and to reach FRA in time …"

"Otel, şehrin ana bölgesinde, çeşitli turistik yerlere ve toplu taşıma araçlarına yakın, çok iyi bir konuma sahip. Tren istasyonu 15-20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Resepsiyon ikinci katta ve servis hızlı. Oda küçük, dekoru eksik ve son derece sade. Buzdolabı veya minibar, banyo malzemeleri, saç kurutma makinesi yok ve yatak takımları sade. Oda sessiz ama küçük. TV'de yalnızca Almanca kanallar var ve dili İngilizce'ye çevirme seçeneği yok. Akıllı TV değil. Her şey eski, ancak şehirdeki diğer otellerin fiyatları düşünüldüğünde iyi bir seçenek. Sadece bir veya iki gece için tavsiye ederim."

"The hotel offers a great location—very easy to access and close to key attractions, which was a big plus. The room was decent for a budget stay, clean enough for comfort. However, the hospitality at reception was quite average, and the staff didn’t seem very proactive or eager to assist. Overall, it’s a typical low-cost hotel experience—good if you’re mainly looking for convenience and a place to sleep"

"One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever visited. We loved the style of the hotel and the incredibly friendly reception, who provided us with an amazing suite for the duration of our stay! 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering a stay in Dresden. While it is not completely central, it is well connected with the tram and Dresden Mitte nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt."
