All the guarantees that a Best Western chain offers...very kind staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable kitchen, excellent breakfast and private parking. Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

Very good location in the middle of the place, very good transport connection. Renoved 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Very clean and conveniently equipped. The soap container in the bathroom at the washing venue was unfortunately completely empty, so we had to take the shower gel out of the shower. We did not object to this, but only informed it when checking out. A water cooker with instant coffee and/or tea would have been nice. The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The staff was courteous, but rather distant. We had forgotten to log in to breakfast two of our children who stayed elsewhere nearby. We ask to apologize for this many times, but especially our children were somewhat scared when the competent lady responded somewhat inappropriately to it in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the hotel was not bookable without breakfast, what we would otherwise have done. For our smallest who paid breakfast, the buffet is not worth it anyway, because it hardly eats anything. The ‘seam order' is not likely to have been seriously affected. The next time we will avoid competing again. All was fine there a week ago. However, a comparison was worth it.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the rooms are spacious with hidden ridges and a sympathetic decor. The bathroom was very disappointing with shower doors that do not close either in front or on the sides (as if the walls were not at the size of the shower), a completely enclosed robinet that propels water in all senses and a door The venue is very nice and the venue is very nice. The breakfast was not even at the height of a four-star omelet, very bad bread, fruit salads or cut-off fruits, which were dry and oxidized as if they were served for a long time. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Our room was just above the lighting indoor. It was not a concern thanks to the hidden ridges. We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Because of a relatively short-term training course, I was looking for a cheap hotel in Augsburg. The B&B was a good choice. The location is great. The bus stop is right outside the door and so is the zoo and botanical garden. There are enough parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was a double room for single use with air conditioning. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit by the smell of aftershave. A previous visitor had probably accidentally spread it on the floor. The bathroom smelled of smoke, especially if you left the ventilation on for a little longer. The bed was comfortable and you could sleep well. Unfortunately, the tram is so loud that you'd think there was a thunderstorm at regular intervals. But with earplugs you can sleep well. The breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, there was a lot of packaging and therefore a lot of rubbish. I wouldn't come again unless there was nothing else.
