Wir waren jetzt zum 2. Mal in dem Resort, allerdings im Sommer. Da das Wetter sehr schön war, konnten wir die Freizeitaktivitäten ( wie z.B. Boot fahren und schwimmen) sehr schön wahrnehmen. Unverändert ist die Anlage modern, hochwertig und gut gelegen. Das gebuchte Apartment (Maisonette) entsprach genau den Angaben auf der Website. Es gab allerdings in dem Apartment keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren, so dass es insbesondere nachts sehr warm war. WLAN ist leicht verfügbar und schnell. TG für 10€ täglich buchbar. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, d.h. das Restaurant nicht genutzt. Grundsätzlich kann man dort frühstücken und warm essen. Die Küche im Apartment ist sehr modern, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, ebenso einen Ofen, Herd und Geschirrspülmaschine. Mittlerweile gibt es keinen Fitnessraum mehr, der durch ein Konferenzraum ersetzt wurde. Leider war bei unserer Buchung und Anreise die Website des Resorts nicht aktualisiert. Der gebuchte Müritzblick ist tatsächlich sehr von der Lage des Apartments abhängig. Da muss man ggf. auf eine Enttäuschung vorbereitet sein. Bei der Anreise war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ebenso war das Personal (konkret: Reinigungskräfte) während des Aufenthalts sehr freundlich. Bei der Abreise erlebten wir das Gegenteil: Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich, gestresst und unprofessionell, ohne auf die näheren Details hier einzugehen. Auch das Hinzuziehen des Vorgesetzten konnte kein positives Ergebnis nach sich ziehen. Leider ein sehr unschönes Ende, was noch nachhallt. Wir werden dennoch wiederkommen.
